With the rapid development of modern society,the key to competition among countries lies in the competition of talents,as well as in the education industry.How to train and set up a group of high-quality and professional teachers is the core of the development of famous schools.In the new era,the requirements for teachers'professional level are gradually improving.It is a very important task to cultivate new teachers' teaching skills.At present,there are many researches aimed at improving the professional level of teachers.Among them,comparing the teaching skills and professional development of novice expert teachers is a very important research direction.This method has strong pertinence.It can directly compare the differences between the two kinds of teachers in teaching organization,teaching design and implementation,teaching research,teaching effect detection and other aspects,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of new teachers Point out the direction and provide theoretical and practical basis.One of the main tasks of physics learning is to learn the laws of physics.In the conventional teaching,the law teaching of novice teachers has many inappropriate places.The purpose of this paper is to study the different performance of expert novice teachers in the teaching of physical laws,analyze and find out the reasons for the differences,and put forward some practical suggestions for improving and improving the ability of novice teachers in the teaching of physical laws and making up for the shortcomings.Based on the research on the teaching behaviors of novice teachers and expert teachers at home and abroad,this paper uses empirical methods such as classroom observation,interview and questionnaire survey,combined with literature theoretical analysis,to systematically analyze and explore the problems existing in the teaching of physical laws of novice teachers,such as inadequate understanding of laws,unreasonable teaching design,inadequate control and control of the classroom Based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper explores how to improve the teaching ability of teachers' regular courses and promote the improvement of teachers' overall professional quality.Starting from the related theories and practices of teachers' professional development and regular course teaching at home and abroad,this paper discusses the basic problems of the research,and clarifies the research content and significance.Based on the theories of psychology,pedagogy and core literacy.On the basis of in-depth understanding of teachers' professional development and physical laws,the concepts of novice teachers,expert teachers and middle school physical law teaching are defined.This paper expounds the division of teachers' growth and development career stages and the types of physical laws,and clarifies the basic characteristics of novice teachers and expert teachers and the commonly used methods in the teaching of physical laws.Through the classroom observation method,record the classroom records,fill in the observation scale,and directly compare the performance of the two types of teachers in the Lenz law class from the three dimensions of teachers' behavior,students' behavior and time management to find out their differences.Compared with the performance of expert teachers,and then combined with the new curriculum teaching concept to find out the problems of novice teachers in this lesson teaching,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Through the novice teacher's lecture,we can quickly understand the novice teacher's teaching design concept,purpose and other contents that are difficult to understand in the classroom observation,so as to deduce the root cause of some problems in the classroom.Through the interview with the expert teachers,we can understand the education concept,teaching experience,education ideal and life state of the expert teachers,and provide the basis for the design of the questionnaire.Finally,through the questionnaire survey method,from the teaching habits,different links of regular course teaching,teaching reflection and research,we can get the different performance of regular course teaching of novice teachers and expert teachers,and initially find out the reasons for the differences.Based on the above research results,I propose a method to narrow the gap between novice teachers and other types of teachers(1)To provide guidance for novice teachers and strengthen the guidance of novice teachers' teaching skills and experience;(2)Novice teachers should strengthen their own research and participate in continuing education training,and often write teaching reflection;(3)To modify the evaluation method of new teachers and give them time and space to develop,we should not be too eager for quick success and instant benefit...
