Poverty has existed on the beginning of human society.The elimination of poverty and the realization of the common prosperity of the people is the due meaning of the socialist system.Since the reform and opening-up,our government has taken many measures to help the poor people to lift themselves out of poverty,of which education,as a fundamental measure to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,is the key to win the battle between poverty.Education plays a decisive role in improving the national quality and enhancing the individual economic viability." giving a man a fish is better than giving a man a fish ",from poverty relief through education to poverty relief through education,is not only the key to enhance the poor people's inner " blood-making" ability,but also the inner purport of the strategy of " rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country with talents ".In order to grasp the real situation of the implementation of Education Poverty Alleviation in China,the author,on the basis of the existing research and relying on the investigation and research on the implementation of Education Poverty Alleviation in d county of Yunnan Province,analyzes the achievements and existing problems of the current education poverty alleviation policy in China,in order to take more effective measures in the future to improve the level of education development in poor areas,but also for China's post-2020 education poverty policy to seek a direction for change.The research framework is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part.Through literature review,this paper expounds the important significance of educational poverty alleviation research to our country.The second Chapter Introduces Four anti-poverty theories:resource factor poverty theory,poverty culture theory,poverty structure theory and ability poverty theory;The third chapter introduce the history of China's pro-poor education policy,divided into four stages of the development of pro-poor education policy and the characteristics of different stages;The fourth Chapter,Taking D county of Yunnan Province as an example,introduces the concrete measures of our country's educational poverty alleviation policy,and analyzes the achievements and the main problems of our country's educational poverty alleviation policy.The fifth and sixth chapters analyze the reasons for the problems of the educational poverty alleviation policy based on the anti-poverty theory,and put forward the countermeasures for the further development of the Educational Poverty Alleviation Policy. |
