Along with the further education reform of education,ideological education is more and more attention,how to fasten the clasp in life,let the ideological education to help the healthy growth of teenagers,has become a important category of education research.In numerous education exploration,the group cooperative learning has attracted a great deal of research,in the process of political education teaching practice,the researchers found that the group cooperative learning in improving ideological education of participation,interest,etc,they have natural advantages,to enhance ideological education effect,but the group cooperative learning to students as the main body,education teacher is difficult to fully control the learning process,cooperative learning group in ideological education has some practical problems,restricted the advantage of cooperative learning group.Can be found in the team practice some teams of students' participation is not high,difficult to achieve within the reasonable division of labor,the education of teachers in guiding students,there are some problems in cooperative learning group model of group cooperative learning in senior high school education is difficult to fully practice in education.Based on the detailed analysis of the high school education courses group cooperative learning on the basis of the problems and causes of,through the questionnaire survey,data analysis,want to put forward effective resolution strategy,science education courses to improve high school group cooperative learning.Thesis the first part is the introduction chapter,an introduction of the article the research background,significance,research status and research methods,and humanism theory,group dynamics theory and other theoretical basis;The first part is the summary of related part of the cooperative learning group,the meaning,characteristics of the concept of cooperative learning group,the significance of application in the high school education and so on are analyzed;The third part is the Xining No.4 Middle School as an example,this paper puts forward 4 application group cooperative learning in Xining ideological education problems,the causes of these problems,according to the problems through the questionnaire survey to the students and teachers to classify analysis;The fourth part is put forward countermeasures to improve the high school education group cooperation study,combined with the teachers and students in some difficulties in the cooperative learning group,put forward the reasonable positioning the roles between teachers and students,build a scientific team and so on;Experimental study of the fifth part is the specific case,the high school political lesson in the economic life of economic globalization as a specific case,cooperative learning group experiments,to verify that improve the effectiveness of group cooperative learning in the education courses teaching.In this paper,combining theory and practice of cooperative learning group,for Xining No.4 Middle School actual education teaching,field investigation,the countermeasures to improve analysis of group cooperative learning from the result of questionnaire,then carries on the practice,after inspection to improve cooperative learning group is applied to high school education the effectiveness of the education,hope to the optimization of education courses under the new era played a promoting role.
