Appropriate physical activity level will promote college students' mental and physical health,and improve their sense of well-being.Only 18.7%of Chinese adults aged 20-69 have reached the recommended level of physical activity.With the development of Internet and the change of modern life style,the physical activity level of college students also decreased significantly,which led to the increase of obesity rate and the decline of physical quality to a certain extent.The main way to improve the physical activity level of college students is to promote the exercise behavior,which requires college students themselves,educators,relevant policy makers to take relevant measures from self,interpersonal,campus organization,campus related policies and even the society.In recent years,with the development of network information and the popularization of smart phones,the rise of sports app has created a new scene for physical exercise and brought people unprecedented fitness experience.This kind of APP has the functions of various fitness guidance videos,helping to make exercise plans,assisting running,riding and so on,which provides a convenient and low-cost intervention means for improving the exercise level of college students.The research and analysis of the relationship between the intervention of sports app and college students' exercise behavior is conducive to the improvement of relevant app product developers,and helps to improve the intervention effect of APP on College Students'exercise behavior.In this study,400 students from three universities in Suzhou were investigated.Based on combing the theory of exercise behavior,through questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other methods,the effects of exercise behavior of college students,perceived benefits/barriers of exercise and sports app on exercise behavior of college students were studied.Conclusion:(1)More than half of College Students' physical activity level is not up to WHO's recommendation.There are significant differences between men and women in the level of exercise,and between sports majors and non sports majors.Health/physical fitness,body/weight,sense of achievement and stress relief are the general perceived benefits of exercise for college students.Exercise consumes energy,lacks exercise time,lacks exercise venues/facilities are common perceived barriers of exercise for college students.(2)College students have a high use rate of sports app,but most of the time is less than three months,and the proportion of long-term users is low.(3)Sports app intervention can reduce college students' specific perceived barriers of exercise,so as to improve college students' exercise level.In turn,the improvement of exercise level can reduce the perceived barriers of exercise and improve the health status of college students.The improvement of health status can increase the perceived benefits of College Students' exercise,so as to further improve the level of exercise.
