Research On College Student's Consciousness Of The Rule Of Law And Its Cultivation

The fourth Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee made new arrangements for comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law,the construction of socialist rule of law not only needs the joint efforts of the country and the society,but also needs citizens to actively participate in the construction of the rule of law.By constantly improving their awareness of the rule of law,they can enhance their recognition and participation in the construction of the rule of law.College students are a vital portion of citizens,successors to the socialist cause,and pillars of the motherland.Their role in the construction of the rule of law cannot be ignored.Therefore,the improvement of college students' awareness of the rule of law is of great significance to the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.This paper tries to analyze the relevant theories,present situation and reasons of college students awareness of rule of law,and find the ways to train college students' awareness of rule of law in order to improve college students' awareness of rule of law.This paper adopts the literature research method,the problem-oriented method and the investigation questionnaire method,and analyzes the relevant theories,current situation,causes of problems and cultivating ways.The introduction part of the thesis primarily presents the objective and meaning of this topic,then analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad.The first chapter of the thesis mainly explores the relevant theories.By studying the meaning of the rule of law and the consciousness of the rule of law,the implication of the consciousness of the rule of law of college students is obtained,and the necessity of cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law of college students is analyzed,and the theoretical basis is also studied.The second chapter mainly analyzes the status quo.By the way of questionnaire to explore the current situation,containing the positive aspects and the shortcomings,and from the social environment of the rule of law bad factors,college education on the rule of law is not in place,college students establish awareness of the rule of law initiative is not enough three aspects of the reasons for the lack of awareness of the rule of law.The third chapter of the thesis is the research on theways of cultivating awareness of rule of law.This paper holds that in order to enhance college students' awareness of the rule of law,it is necessary to make efforts from three aspects: improving the effectiveness of the rule of law education in colleges and universities,strengthening the social education environment of rule of law,and promoting the self-cultivation,so as to help college students to establish the awareness of the rule of law.
