Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic and social development has benefited from the high accumulation and role of human resources,especially industrial development.Regions with good industrial cultivation effect and remarkable economic and social development effect depend first on the gathering of industrial talents and attach great importance to the work of industrial talents.S city is in the critical stage of economic transformation and upgrading.During the "13th Five-Year" period,the regional strategy of "one belt and one road" and "Huaihe economic belt" will be further promoted,which will further improve the spatial planning of productivity and provide broader market space for the high quality transformation of S economy.At the same time,the competition pressure that you catch up with me is also increasing.In this case,how does S highlight the encirclement?
