The traditional classic evaluation method is base on a single score, which cannot obtain the rich diagnostic information hidden behind the quantitative results, and ignores the comprehensive quality and personality development of the students. The new round of curriculum reform emphasizes the cultivation of students' core academic literacy, which requires a deeper understanding of the internal psychological processing of individu-als,and corresponding changes in evaluation methods are requiring.Cognitive diagnost-ic theory is the core of a new generation of educational measurement and the product of an effective combination of psychology and measurement. Not only can the individual's macro ability be evaluated, but also the individual's internal cognitive structure can be clearly understood,so as to carry out targeted learning and teaching. The writing of redox reaction chemical equations in high school "redox reaction" knowledge is a difficult po-int for students to learn, and it is also the focus of the exam. Therefore, this knowledge is selected as the research object for cognitive diagnosis research. The study used literature analysis to analyze the current status of domestic and foreign research related to high school "redox reaction" cognitive diagnosis. And the theoretical basis; The verbal report method verifies the accuracy of the cognitive attributes and attribute hierarchy determined by reviewing the "General High School Chemistry Curri-culum Standards(2017 Edition)",the college entrance examination outline, and the col-lege entrance examination questions of the past five years(national volume II);Constru-ct a cognitive diagnosis test matrix, compile a high school "redox reaction" cognitive di-agnosis prediction paper based on the test matrix, and make a small-scale prediction, and test the results for difficulty, discrimination, and reliability, and select good test questions to form the final Test papers for a wide range of tests;the recovered test papers are coded using a 0-1 scoring method, and the results of the high school "redox reaction" cognitive diagnostic test papers are analyzed using DINA cognitive diagnostics to understand the subjects The potential knowledge status of the computer, calculate the characteristic function of the DINA model, the problems is found in the writing of thechemical formula of the redox reaction and give remedial teaching and learning suggestions based on this.Through literature research, questionnaire survey and interview, the following conclusions are drawn: First, among the seven cognitive attributes related to the writing of chemical equations for redox reactions in high school, students have two cognitive attributes: cognitive attributes A5(charge conservation)and cognitive attributes A7(writing redox chemical equations). The mastery is poor, and teachers can conduct targeted teaching on this.Second, through the analysis of the characteristic function of the DINA model,it is found that the DINA model fits the study well and is suitable for the chemistry discipline.Third, based on the research results, the author puts forward remedial suggestions for teaching and learning, hoping to provide references for teachers 'teaching and students' learning 'learning in the future.
