Research On The Development Of "school Enterprise Cooperation" Fitness Club

With the optimization of campus fitness environment,strengthening the cultivation of sports talents and promoting the in-depth development of public sports services,as well as meeting the growing needs of college students for fitness consumption,"school enterprise cooperation" fitness club has become an important way to solve these practical problems.However,the development of "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club is in the bottleneck period of enterprise operation and campus cooperation.Therefore,how to break through the bottleneck,promote the rapid development of school enterprise linkage of sports industry and promote the cultivation of sports talents in Colleges and universities are of great significance to the development of diversified mode of fitness market in China.Based on extensive reference to relevant literature and theoretical books,this paper first constructs four basic models of "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club,and explains the internal operation mechanism of different cooperation modes.Then,from the perspective of the development of "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club,comprehensive use of expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the developmentstatus of "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club in Changsha City is deeply studied,the main problems are sorted out,refined and elaborated,and the corresponding "school" in Changsha City is proposed The development strategy of "enterprise cooperation" fitness club.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club includes four basic modes: school run enterprise "platform type",joint operation "open type",introduction enterprise into school "integration type",multiple long-term "contract type".Different cooperation modes are suitable for different school and enterprise resource conditions,and have different internal operation mechanism.(2)From the current situation of the development of Changsha "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club,there are the following main problems:(1)the mode of school enterprise cooperation is single,the positioning is not accurate;(2)the investment of school enterprise cooperation is too small,lack of strength enterprises to settle in;(3)the depth of school enterprise cooperation is not enough,the cooperation field needs to be expanded;(4)the operation of school enterprise cooperation is not smooth,and there is a blank in the holiday market.(3)In view of the existing problems in the development of "school enterprise cooperation" fitness club in Changsha,the countermeasures are as follows: 1)in-depth analysis of existing resources,benchmarkingpositioning to find the right cooperation mode;2)increasing the scale of cooperative investment,strengthening the examination of enterprises;3)classifying and analyzing the in-depth integration of enterprise market demand and university resources;4)innovating online marketing path and broadening holiday cooperation channels ?...
