Research On The Measurement Of Public Service Efficiency Of Large-scale Sports Stadiums In Guangdong Province

Large stadiums not only provide an important venue for China's national fitness program,but also an important carrier for China to implement the "Healthy China 2030" strategy and achieve the goal of building a strong sports nation.Therefore,the state attaches great importance to the provision of public services for large stadiums and gymnasiums,and in the newly-launched "Outline for the Construction of a Powerful Sports Country",new requirements are given to stadiums and public services.In addition,as the public's demand for public services in stadiums continues to increase,the contradiction between the supply and demand structure of public services in stadiums has become increasingly prominent.Through preliminary research and field investigation,it is found that there are many reasons for the imbalance in the supply and demand of public services in large stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangdong Province,among which the low efficiency of public services in stadiums is the most prominent.To this end,this article attempts to quantify the appearance problem,find out the cause of the problem through quantitative measurement and qualitative analysis,and put forward reference suggestions,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for solving the problem of venue public service efficiency.This paper adopts literature research method,survey method and mathematical statistics method,based on the new public service theory,data envelopment analysis and efficiency theory,and follows the principles of purpose,science,feasibility,etc.An index system for measuring public service efficiency of large stadiums and gymnasiums in Guangdong Province composed of two second-level indicators and seven third-level indicators.The model is analyzed from three levels: static,dynamic and influencing factors.It follows:At a static level,the public service resources of various stadiums in Guangdong Province are not saturated,and there is still a large room for improvement in the allocation of public service resources every year.The innovation of venue operation and management mode is not strong.The scale of public services restricts the development of venue public services.The problems of redundant input and insufficient output still exist.At the dynamic level,different types of venue public service levels have different periodic changes.The overall service level is on the rise.Compared with 2017-2018,the public service technology has shifted from recession to progress,but the improvement in technical efficiency is gradually decreasing;in terms of influencing factors,the level of regional economic development and the periphery of stadiums Population size,geographical location factors and the degree of informatization are the main environmental factors that affect the efficiency of public services in stadiums in Guangdong Province.It is recommended to strengthen the statistics of public service data of stadiums,incorporate efficiency evaluation into the public service evaluation system of stadiums,strengthen public service planning of stadiums,innovate venue operation and management models,and optimize the supply and demand structure of venue public services.
