Research On The Demonstration And Guiding Role Of Ideological And Political Teachers' Ethics In Colleges And Universities In New Era

The construction of moral and ethical standards of ideological and political course teachers in colleges and universities is an important component in the new era,it's moral status directly affected the professional quality of the whole college teachers and affected the development of the whole teachers' moral level.As an important group to fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,ideological an d political course teachers play a demonstrative and leading role in the construction of teachers' ethics,thus affecting the development of teacher s' moral level.At present,the overall moral level of ideological and political teachers in our country is positive,but there are still a few number of ideological and political teachers experience some degree of culture shock and loss teacher's ethics.To study the demonstration and guiding role of ideological and political teachers'ethics in colleges and universities in the new era is n ot only related to the all-round development of ideological and political teachers' ethics,but also affects the compreh ensive constiuction of the ideological and political education system in the new era.It is in this context,First of all,this paper discusses the background of the demonstration and guiding role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in colleges and universities,the significance research and the present situation of ideological and political teach ers' morality domestic and overseas,the construction of teachers' ethics has been the focus of attention domestic and overseas in all ages.Then,this paper collates the relevant theoretical literature on the demonstration and guiding role of ideological and political teach ers' ethics in colleges and universities,an d discusses the theoretical origin of the demonstration and leading role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in colleges and universities from the three aspects of Marxist classical writers,Chinese communists and Chinese traditional naltere.And analyzes the importance and necessity of the demonstration and leading role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in colleges and universities.Last but not the least,based on the reality,a questionnaire survey and interview was conducted among the students and ideological and political teacher s,this paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the demonstration and leading role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in the new era from four aspects:moral understanding of ideological and political teachers,moral emotion,moral volition and the moral conduct,and dissects the problems and causes of ideological and political teachers in the new era when they play the demonstration and leading role of teachers' ethics,including the three aspects wh ich contain the influence of the evaluation mechanism and cultivation ability need to be optimized.The leading play is influenced by the diversified values and some ideological and political course teachers do not have a strong sense of professional achievem ent and from these aspects to explore the path to improve the demonstration and guiding role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in the new era.In order to provide a complete theoretical support for the demonstration and leading role of ideological and political teachers' ethics in colleges and universities,and to jointly promote the development of ethics among ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
