Design And Implementation Of The Teaching Management System In The Bank Training Center

With the advancement of China's economy and science technology,China ‘s education system is getting better and better.At the same time,with the expansion of enterprise scale and the development of science and technology,the information management of the student needs more attention.In this paper,the writer focuses on the course and daily management system of the student.Take the Harbin Training center of China Construction Bank as the research target,the writer has taken a systematic research and analysis on the processes of the teaching management.Based on the technology of Big Data and Data Mining,a new teaching management system will be developed to advance the business development in the future.At first,the writer learned the teaching management methods at home and abroad.Based on the actual situation of the training center,the writer developed a scientific and normative process for the teaching management.In the new process,many problems of the existing system had been solved theoretically.The autonomous register system to stop the chaos in the student information system,which enabled the student to learn their own training records.The autonomous scheduling system to reduce the workload of the teachers which also gave them a rise in the working efficiency.The on-line evaluation system to level up the evaluation efficiency of the courses,which made the bonus calculation more accurate also.In addition,in order to meet this future business development need,the new system will interface with the P9 system of the head office,which can receive the latest business data and the students' training data.Data mining is also a powerful tool,which can provide the useful data support in the aspect of the direction of the future development,generating the business development research report.This will identify the future business trends for the manager.The system has seven functional modules: trainee management,class management,plan management,course management,daily management,report management and system management.According to the MVC model,the system has three layers: view layer,business logic layer and persistence layer.The design of software and module of the new system is all based on these three layers,and the rapid development framework JFinal is used for development.The final test of the system will prove that the system can meet the basic requirements of teaching management,process the information of teaching management in time,providecourse recommendation service for students by using collaborative filtering algorithm,and have the function of data mining.It can provide decision-making direction for decision makers.
