Research On The Development Of Taekwondo Elective Courses In Universities In Shaanxi Province

With the popularization and promotion of taekwondo in the society,the mass base is getting better and better.This sport,which integrates sports,entertainment and self-cultivation,has attracted more and more people to this sport,especially the pursuit and love of contemporary college students.Universities in shaanxi province pay more attention to taekwondo,and taekwondo courses have been popularized in many universities.Taekwondo elective course is a characteristic item of university sports.In recent years,the proportion of students who choose taekwondo has been increasing year by year,and it is also very popular among students.In order to better promote the sustainable development of the elective course in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,in this paper,the shaanxi province ordinary university tae kwon do elective course to carry out the investigation on the present situation of research,in shaanxi province ordinary university tae kwon do professional sports colleges and universities)(not including elective course to carry out the status quo as the research object,according to regional distribution(northern shaanxi,the guanzhong,shuhe)will be randomly selected 15 representative universities as the research object.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods,this paper investigated the status quo of the development of taekwondo elective courses in 15 universities in shaanxi province,and explored the development of taekwondo elective courses in universities.From taekwondo in university elective classes,teachers of students,teaching situation,the hardware facilities,the status quo of several aspects,such as the investigation analysis,explore the factors restricting the sustainable development of shaanxi province university taekwondo electives,in view of the existingproblems,and put forward reasonable Suggestions,so as to promote the healthy development of the shaanxi province ordinary university tae kwon do elective course.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Taekwondo is widely promoted in universities in shaanxi province and has been offered in many universities.As an elective course,taekwondo has become an inevitable trend in the development of taekwondo in colleges and universities.Universities that do not offer taekwondo are actively preparing to offer taekwondo classes.2.Taekwondo has become a favorite sport among college students,and students' enthusiasm for practicing taekwondo is quite high,which indicates that taekwondo has a very good development prospect in universities in shaanxi province.3.Teachers in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province are relatively backward and lack professional training.Because there are more teaching classes and classes than teachers,the teaching burden of teachers is increased.Therefore,colleges and universities are short of professional taekwondo teachers,so the recruitment of taekwondo teachers should be increased.4.The teaching site of taekwondo elective course in universities in shaanxi province is not perfect.These factors restrict the improvement of taekwondo teaching quality.In addition,students' own safety is not guaranteed and their learning enthusiasm is hurt,which is not conducive to the development of taekwondo in universities.5.There is no unified teaching material standard for taekwondo elective courses in universities in shaanxi province,and some universities even have no teaching material.The teaching method is single,which ignores the teaching of taekwondo theory hours and the imperfection of assessment standards,Restricted the development of university taekwondo.6.As an elective course of college sports,taekwondo is not enough to make students realize the importance of taekwondo.Due to students' cognitive bias,some students are notclear in the process of making choices and cannot form the right learning motivation.In view of the above problems,some Suggestions are put forward.Mainly includes:recruitment of taekwondo professional teachers,increase teaching theory class,innovation teaching methods,improve the system of assessment of taekwondo,perfect location equipment facilities,increase of tae kwon do propaganda,improve the students' cognitive ability,thus further promote shaanxi college taekwondo elective course healthy and orderly development.
