On September 3,2014,the state council officially issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system,and the ministry of education and education departments at all levels subsequently issued a series of policies and plans related to the implementation of the college entrance examination reform.With the new college entrance examination system,the new curriculum standards and the use of new textbooks,the new college entrance examination makes the chemistry teaching work in high school face a great test,and the comprehensive quality of chemistry teachers also face a severe challenge.If high school chemistry teachers can comply with the development trend of the college entrance examination reform and actively deal with it,grasp the new college entrance examination educational connotation,expand their professional knowledge,improve their teaching methods,and improve their professional development level,the teaching quality will be guaranteed and the comprehensive quality of students will be effectively improved.Therefore,the research idea is to study the new college entrance examination reform policies,analyze the new changes in the chemistry subject in the new college entrance examination,interpret the new requirements for the chemistry teachers in the new college entrance examination reform,analyze the current situation of high school chemistry teachers in the comprehensive background of the college entrance examination,the dilemma and cause are faced,so that high school chemistry teachers can improve their professional quality to cope with the new college entrance examination.This study is divided into four parts.The introduction mainly discusses the significance of improving the professional quality of high school chemistry teachers and promoting the reform of the new college entrance examination,analyzes the research status of the reform of the new college entrance examination and the professional quality of teachers,and introduces the research methods and significance of this paper.The second part focuses on the interpretation of the new college entrance examination system,the release of new curriculum standards and the use of new teaching materials,the new college entrance examination on high school chemistry teaching and chemistry teachers requirements and impact.The "3+1+2" mode brings many difficulties to students' subject selection and teachers' teaching.Chemistry is a reselected subject,which needs to be changed by grading system,whichaffects the status of chemistry subject.The new college entrance examination pays attention to the examination of students' comprehensive quality and requires teachers to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.With the change of college entrance examination and enrollment mode,the career education in senior high school is gradually paid attention to.The new curriculum standard of chemistry has changed and improved the requirements of the nature,concept,goal,structure and evaluation of the chemistry curriculum in senior high school.The new curriculum standard requires senior high school chemistry teachers to change the educational concept,deepen the understanding of the core quality of chemistry,and complete their own knowledge structure.The use of new teaching materials in chemistry tests the teachers' classroom teaching ability,chemistry experiment ability and teaching and research innovation ability.The third part analyzes the dilemma faced by high school chemistry teachers in the context of the new college entrance examination and the lack of teachers' professional quality.The results show that teachers' understanding of the new college entrance examination is not thorough enough due to the lack of corresponding training.Due to the enhancement of students' heterogeneity,the use of new teaching materials and the deficiency of teachers' own quality,the difficulty of chemistry classroom teaching increases.Under the new college entrance examination,classroom teaching management and classroom teaching evaluation system are not complete,so it is difficult to carry out.The fourth part,based on the new requirements of the college entrance examination and the deficiency of teacher development,puts forward the coping strategies for high school chemistry teachers.The study puts forward that senior chemistry teachers should cooperate with each other,actively participate in the new college entrance examination related training,truly understand the new college entrance examination education philosophy,actively expand the subject professional knowledge,and comprehensively improve the teaching and research ability of teachers.This paper holds that high school chemistry teachers should seize the development opportunity of the new college entrance examination reform,grasp the new college entrance examination education connotation,expand their professional knowledge,improve their teaching methods,enhance their professional quality,solve outstanding problems and calmly respond to challenges.
