Analysis Of College Students' Online Behavior Based On Data Mining

This subject is based on the actual needs of various business departments of universities.Starting from the overall design concept of unified planning,the research and design of a smart learning big data platform for university management and decision-making.In the process of building a big data platform for academic engineering,this paper solves the problems of massive data collection,storage,processing and analysis of various business systems in colleges and universities,improves the informationization level of decision-making management in colleges,enhances the efficiency of management departments at all levels,and improves the efficiency of refined management.Strength to provide d ata support for decision-making management in colleges and universities.This article is driven by the actual needs of various business departments of universities,and uses advanced architectural concepts to create a smart data platform for universities that integrates business system data query,function management,information interaction,and decision support.The architecture of the academic data platform is proposed,and the data collection tool NiFi is used to complete the real-time extraction of business system data;the data warehouse of Elasticsearch is used as the platform for real-time storage of massive business system data;the distributed computing tool Spark is used to complete the real-time parallel processing of data and through its calculation framework MLlib to deeply mine the data of various business systems;Finally,Echarts is used as the front end of the platform,and the analysis results of the data are visualized and displayed in the form of charts.This article analyzes and discusses the models used by the platform,and establishes a precise funding model to find poor students in the group.The results show that the accuracy of the model reaches more than 80%.The data platform is divided into nine modules,this article analyzes and discusses the function of each module and gives the interface display of the module.This article uses the platform to analyze the user's online log data.Including the online time of the user group,the relationship between the type of browsing URL and academic performance,the online time and period of individual users,and the user's use of online loan websites,game websites,library resources,etc.And visualize the results of the analysis.Up to now,the platform has been approved by the management of various departments of the school,the counselors of various colleges,and the students in the school.It will be officially launched and widely promoted soon.This paper not only has practical value to the research of data platform,but also has reference significance for the information construction of colleges and universities.
