The sign that China's competitive sports has entered a new stage of development is a historic breakthrough made by the Chinese delegation at the Beijing Olympic Games.The "three-level training network" training model emerging under the nationwide system has trained a large number of excellent sports talents for China while ignoring the comprehensive development of athletes,and its shortcomings have gradually been exposed.The model of "integration of sports and education" that followed was widely developed and gradually matured,but due to the emergence of various social forces and contradictions between departments,the model of "integration of sports and education" was not yet perfect.This article takes the combination of sports and education in Zhejiang Province as a research target for the cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports.It adopts literature research methods,special survey methods,expert interviews and logical analysis methods to understand the current situation of reserve talents training in Zhejiang Province and find a suitable one for Zhejiang.Provincial competitive sports training model.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The reserve talents for competitive sports in Zhejiang Province is a management system that takes the sports system as the core and the education system as the supplement.It adheres to the principle of “maintaining and upgrading,maintaining pressure,and vigorously developing the three major balls”.There are problems such as imperfect management system and unbalanced project layout.(2)In the form of running schools,municipal sports schools are concentrated in three,county-level sports schools are mainly concentrated in one form,and the cooperation form of sports and education is mainly organized;the training of provincial sports team members and students of sports colleges is The main training direction,but the unknown employment or outlet of athletes is still the biggest dilemma in coach training.(3)The quality of athletes in our province is generally good,mainly concentrated in economically developed areas,the formation of athletes is not balanced,and enrollment in some sports schools is still difficult.(4)The qualifications of coaches in our province are relatively reasonable,but the master's degree is relatively small;the structure of professional titles is not perfect,most of them are middle-level titles or middle-level teacher titles;some of the coaches of amateur sports schools are mainly based on experience selection.(5)The training situation of reserve talents for competitive sports in our province is generally good;the average daily training time for athletes is long,but the efficiency is not high;the imperfect assessment system results in a low degree of scientific training.(6)Most of the amateur sports schools in our province are diversified in cultural teaching methods;lack of cultural learning time leads to outstanding contradictions in learning and training;the overall effectiveness of the pre-match cultural testing is still good and needs to be improved.(7)The venue facilities of most amateur sports schools in our province can meet the training,but the coaches use less modern technology;the source of training funds is mainly government funding.At this stage,the "sports and education combination" model suitable for our province is based on the "US Sports Collaboration",through the city team school office,provincial team city office,provincial team social office and other forms of joint sports system,education system and social forces to carry out resources complement each other and give play to their respective advantages.Deepen management system reform,rationally arrange projects,improve training models,provide relevant policy support,strengthen the combination of physical education,set up a "comprehensive" coaching team,evaluate and recommend amateurs to improve the sports school system;attach importance to training athletes' comprehensive quality Utilize science and technology to help sports training,expand training funding channels,and solve problems in the combination of physical education and education in Zhejiang to develop competitive sports reserves.
