The physical and mental health of young children has become a hot topic of social concern in recent years, and the previous physical fitness tests have not involved mental health.Based on the above background, the purpose of this study is to explore the physical health characteristics of young children with different psychological behavior problems and provide a richer theoretical basis for studying the relationship between young children's physical health and mental healthResearch method:A total of 190 children(male:101 female:89)were selected from the Jiangzheng District Zhengzheng Early Childhood Education Group in Hangzhou. In October 2018 and May 2019,the Rutter Child Behavior Questionnaire Parent Questionnaire and National Physical Fitness were used.Health Test Standards(Children's Part)" conducts two surveys and tests on behavior problems and physical healthResearch results:According to the results of the pre-test test, there is no significant difference in the total scores of the physical fitness tests between the behavioral problem detectors and the normal behaviors(P>0.05),but the balance beam project scores of the behavior problem detections are significantly lower than those of the normal behaviors(P<0.05);The total score of the physical examination is almost uncorrelated with the score of each individual item and the score of behavior problems(P<0.05,|r|<0.2);The scores of the physical fitness tests of the various types of behavior problems are lower than those of the normal ones, but all There was no significant difference between the physical examination scores of normal behaviors(p>0.05)and no statistical significance;the physical examination scores of girls who detected behavior A(disciplinary behavior)were significantly lower than other girls(P<0.05);In view of this, the behavior problems of those with higher physical scores were significantly improved(P<0.05),and those with unchanged physical scores and those with lowered physical scores were not significantly improved(P>0.05);the pre-test detected behavioral problems and the physical scores were improved. The score also improved significantly(P<0.05),the physical score of the person with the same behavior score did not increase significantly(P>0.05),and the physical score of the person with deteriorated behavior also increased significantly, but the average level was lower than that of the child with improved behavior score;normal behavior,Actors A and N(neurotic behaviors)significantly improved the total body scores before and after physical examination(P<0.05);all but the Actors A had a significant increase in balance beam scores(P<0.05)Conclusions:(1)The overall level of physical fitness of children with different behavioral problems differs very little, and the level of physical fitness of young children does not reflect the severity of behavioral problems;(2)There may be a mutually reinforcing relationship between the improvement of children's behavior problems and the improvement of physical fitness, and the relationship with behavior problems is more closely related to balance ability and strength quality;(3)the perspective of infant behavior problems is a new entry point to study the intervention plan of infant health promotionSuggestions:It is recommended to design children's teaching courses based on children's behavior problems to promote children's comprehensive and healthy development;you can cut into the study of children's physical health promotion intervention programs from the perspective of behavior.
