The development of football has a history of hundreds of years.The technology and tactics of modern football are constantly changing.Chinese men's football has not achieved satisfactory results in recent years.In order to improve the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Chinese men's football team,this article takes the offensive and defensive capabilities of the Chinese team and the top 4 teams in the2019 Asian Cup as the research object,and uses literature research,video observation and mathematical statistics to conduct research.:Research result:(1)Iran 's and Japan 's offensive lines are more balanced;Australia 's left and right sides each account for 50%;South Korea 's 50% offensive is on the right;China 's 57.1% are on the right.(2)There is no large gap between China and the strong teams in scoring ability.The number of free kicks in the frontcourt is small,but the cooperation is good.%,South Korea 33.3%,Australia 0,China 14.3%.(3)The South Korean team and the Australian team have strong passing ball control.The Chinese team has a certain gap in passing control and shooting ability compared with the Asian strong team,but it is better than the strong team in scoring efficiency.(4)Each team launches an attack against the loopholes and mistakes of the opponent's A2 area in the game;in addition,goals are prone to occur in three time periods of 30-45 minutes,46-60 minutes,and 75-90 minutes.(5)The top four teams take active defense.The average number of steals is 14.4,12.2,11.2,and 12.The average number of steals per game by the Chinese team is 11(11).The Chinese team has too many fouls and fewer tactical fouls.(6)There is not much difference between the individual defense and the group defense when a goal occurs.In the game,the opponent often loses the ball with thefast break of the opponent.Main research conclusions:(1)Compared with the top four,the Chinese team has an uneven selection of offensive routes and is good at right-way offenses.There are fewer free kicks in the frontcourt,but the coordination quality is higher.The passing control ability and shooting ability are weaker.The ball efficiency is better than the strong team.(2)The top four teams adopt active defense tactics based on steals.The Chinese team is more passive in defense.The Chinese team has too many unnecessary fouls and less effective tactical fouls.86.1% of the goals occurred in the goalkeeper zone.The three time periods of 30-45 minutes,46-60 minutes,and 75-90 minutes of the game were prone to goals due to changes in physical fitness and tactics.(3)The Chinese team has advantages in scoring and scoring efficiency,but the overall offense and defense are still insufficient compared with the top four.Increasing multiple cooperative goals and increasing defensive efforts to reduce goals are two aspects that the Chinese team needs to strengthen in the next games and training.
