| The performance of the men's basketball team at the 2019 men's basketball World Cup in China has been closely watched.China won 1-2 in the group stage and finished 1-1 in 17-32 qualifying.The defensive ability of the Chinese men's basketball team in this World Cup has been the focus of basketball research experts,which provides help and guidance for the preparation and training of the Chinese men's basketball team for a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the overall defensive ability of the Chinese men's basketball team.Therefore,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,video observation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,TOPSIS analysis and other research methods to study the defensive ability of the Chinese men's basketball team and its opponents.The research conclusions are as follows:I.results of comparison of defensive ability between Chinese men's basketball team and opponents:1.Body shape:The Chinese team ranked second in average height,fourth in average weight,and fifth in ktolai index,indicating a slight advantage in height but a lack of physical strength and a lack of advantage in confrontation.In comparison of each position,the height and weight of players in position 5 are in the front rank,while in position 1,2 and 4,Chinese players are relatively light in weight and lower in height than their opponents.2.Team defense:There was no significant difference between the Chinese team and the opponents in the seven defensive indicators of losing points,stealing,effectively interfering with the shot,blocking shots,causing errors,defensive rebounds and defensive fouls.The overall defensive ability of the Chinese men's basketball team and the opponents was at the same level.Effective interference shot and steal 2 indicators of the Chinese team slightly higher than the opponent,the other 5 indicators of the Chinese team is lower than the opponent.3.Defensive ability of Chinese players in different positions:1 player's ability to steal better than the opponent,showing a strong defensive attack;The player of the second position has the same defensive ability as the opponent,but he is weak in rebound.The no.3 player is obviously weaker than the opponent in the defensive ability of causing turnovers and effectively interfering with the shooting distance.The no.4 position player is obviously superior to the opponent in the effective control of defensive fouls and the defensive ability to cause errors,showing stronger defensive ability than the opponent.Position 5 players overall defensive ability,significantly better than the opponent,effective interference shot,blocked shots,defensive rebound and other three defensive ability performance is the most outstanding.Ii.TOPSIS analysis method is used to obtain:1.In the group stage,Poland(Ci = 0.9152),China(Ci = 0.6127),venezuela(Ci = 0.4196)and cote d 'ivoire(Ci = 0.2791)ranked first and second in overall defensive ability.The Chinese team's defensive ability Ci value is greater than 0.5,the defensive ability is relatively strong.2.In qualifying,the overall defensive ability of the three teams was from the highest to the lowest,Nigeria(Ci = 0.8339),China(Ci = 0.4574)and South Korea(Ci = 0.3361).The defensive ability of the Chinese team was less than 0.5.3.Defense ability of Chinese men's basketball team in different positions with opponents:The Ci value of the defensive ability of position 1 is 0.4467,ranking the second.The Ci value is lower than 0.5,and the defensive ability is relatively weak.The Ci value of defensive ability of position 2 is 0.3190,ranking the top two,but the Ci value of its defensive ability is still lower than 0.5,and its defensive ability is relatively weak.The Ci values of the defensive ability of position 3 and position 4 were 0.1987 and 0.2277,respectively.The Ci values were lower than 0.5 and the defensive ability was very weak.The defensive ability Ci value of position 5 is 0.6905,ranking the first.The Ci value is higher than 0.5,which belongs to the position with the strongest defensive ability. |
