Information technology has been developing extremely rapidly,since China joined Internet in the last 25 years,which has promoted the integration of Internet and various industries."Internet + education" has spawned online education.The emergence of Online education has great power to balance education resources,education informationization construction and improve the residents' consumption upgrading.The state vigorously supports the development of online education and the rapid development of online education has also been promoted by the continuous improvement technology.However,contrary to the industry's explosive expansion,that many online education enterprises are in trouble.In this paper,a competitive strategy study was carried out on the research object of Beijing 101 Education Technology Limited(Hereinafter referred to as 101 Education).101 Education as the first online education company in China,it is the pioneer of the remote education of primary and secondary schools in China.And now,in the increasingly fierce and mature market competition environment,its advantages are no longer obviously,cash ability goes poor,the development progress going to slow down.In this article,through the frames of PEST,Five forces model and SWOT to analysis the external environment,industry competition environment and internal environment of the 101 Education.To research and has been found the key factors which restrict the development of the 101 Education and the strategic direction that the enterprise should take.Combined with the condition of enterprise actual suggested that the enterprise implements focused and differentiation strategy,be concentrated on the education market segmentation of the stage of K12.Focus on basic education,language education,development of preschool education,interest education and other drainage channels,which can improve its competitive ability,develop differentiation programs and services.This article expectations that through the analysis and research of the competitive strategy in 101 Education,it will offer help to the development of 101 Education and other online education enterprises who are in the stage of K12.
