With the development of online learning,"watching video lectures or video clips" is a common learning activity in online learning.Previous studies on online learning are very rich, but the "video interaction behavior"(pause, fast forward, fast rewind and adjust the playing speed)generated by learners when watching videos is the first-hand information of great research value. However, the current research on "video interaction behavior" is obviously insufficient. In view of this, this study based on Java Script technology to develop a video player, produced by the automatic acquisition of online learning video interaction data, according to the influence factors of attribution theory proposed video interaction behavior models and assumptions,by way of empirical test models and assumptions, and analysis of the influence factors of the above whether through video interaction behavior to influence the study result. This study mainly carried out the following two aspects:The first is to examine the influencing factors of video interaction in online learning.A total of 100 undergraduates were selected as subjects to study online video in a natural environment using the self-developed player of this study and fill in the questionnaire.Through the analysis of the video interactive data automatically acquired by the player and the questionnaire survey data, the following research results are obtained:(1)personal ability is not significantly correlated with the behavior of playing, suspending and jumping forward, but significantly correlated with the behavior of jumping backward,(2)the degree of effort is not significantly correlated with the behavior of playing or pausing, but significantly correlated with the behavior of forward jumping and backward jumping,(3)learning preference is not significantly correlated with playing, pausing and jumping forward, but significantly correlated with jumping backward,(4)task difficulty is significantly related to play, pause, forward jump and backward jump. The second is the intermediary effect test of video interaction between influencing factors and learning achievement.Based on the test of influencing factors, this paper analyzes whether video interaction acts as an intermediary factor, which has an effect between influencing factors and learning achievement. The results show that:(1)backward jump acts as an intermediary between personal ability and academic performance,(2)teachers can pay attention to different online learning dynamics of students based on their video interaction behavior data, providing them with timely and effective help,(3)backward jump acts as an intermediary between learning preference and academic performance,(4)play,pause,forward jump and backward jump act as an intermediary between task difficulty Degree and academic performance play an intermediary role. This research also combined the qualitative research to enrich the theory of online video interaction behaviors, and made relevant suggestions from three aspects: learners themselves, schools and other educational organizations, educators, and platform environment construction:(1)learners can adjust and strengthen the learning process in a targeted manner based on video interaction behavior data generated during online learning, thereby improving learning performance,(2)educational organizations and educators should cooperate with each other to promote and develop online education using various forms,(3)the online learning platform should improve the production quality of learning videos and the design scheme of online platform according to the personalized video interaction behavior of learners,so as to promote effective online video learning of learners and improve the effect of online video learning.
