Optimization Research On Budget Management Of Private Colleges And Universities

At present,with the development of our country's economy,private higher education,as an important force in our country's education system,has played a significant role in the development of our country's social economy.How to seize the opportunities and seek development.Each privately-run college has its own advantages to fully utilize,and at the same time increases its popularity through various ways.And gradually change to the connotation of brand development,brand development requires the improvement of school quality,the first step is to improve the quality of teaching,which needs to increase the investment of teaching funds and increase the cost of human resources.However,private colleges and universities have a single source of funds and are very limited,and the contradiction between the limited funds and the growing demand for funds is becoming increasingly fierce.If they are not properly handled,they will seriously affect the normal survival of private colleges and universities,and how can the limited funds be used for practical purposes.To make full use of the efficiency of funds is a difficult problem faced by private colleges and universities,all of which use budget management to solve this problem,but in practice,there are many problems in budget management that have led to no fundamental solution to the problem of funds.This is an urgent problem that private colleges and universities need to solve at present.By studying and analyzing the theory of budget management.This article takes the example of private colleges and universities in C as an example.The private colleges and universities in C are in the critical period of transformation and are lacking a relatively complete budget management system.Through studying and analyzing the actual situation of budget management in C-private colleges and universities,based on the relevant theories of budget management and combining with the school's development strategy,it further analyzes the implementation of budget management in C-private colleges and the existing problems in the budget management system.The author also makes a detailed study of the problems and puts forward a comprehensive budget management system based on strategy.These include five aspects of optimization research: budget management organization system,content system,method system,goal system,and assessment system.First,according to the strategy of C privately-run universities,the goal of budget management was formulated,thus determining the school's strategic planning,subdivided into annual goals,and finally implemented into the budget management system.In the specific budget management target system and evaluation system,the balanced scorecard is fully used to subdivide the specific goals and assessment indicators,and the budget management system of private colleges and universities in C is further improved by combiningtheory with practice.Therefore,the goal of optimizing the budget management of C private colleges and universities is achieved.It is hoped that this kind of summary study can help other private colleges and universities in the period of brand transition.
