Research On Open And Sharing Of "Internet+" University Sports Venues

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward five development concepts-"innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing".For the first time,openness and sharing are put forward in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is clearly pointed out that it will become a new trend to implement the strategy of network power,implement the Internet action plan,and use the "internet plus" platform to open and share university stadiums.This is also a new mode that can promote the process of opening and sharing university stadiums.On September 17,2019,the General Office of the State Council issued "Opinions on Promoting National Fitness and Sports Consumption and Promoting High-quality Development of Sports Industry"(hereinafter referred to as "Opinions")which put forward new requirements for the opening and sharing of sports venues: promoting sports consumption,building venues and facilities,improving the industrial structure,and implementing the "Sports Plus" action.The main research methods are literature review,expert interview,case study and on-the-spot investigation.Based on a systematic investigation of the open and sharing mode of university stadiums in Changsha,and taking the stadium of Hunan University as an example,this paper points out the difficulties faced by the open and sharing mode of university stadiums and puts forward the corresponding solutions.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The opening and sharing of "internet plus" school stadiums and gymnasiums can improve the utilization rate of school stadiums and gymnasiums,meet the growing fitness needs of the people,promote the development of national fitness,and promote the improvement of national physique.(2)In the process of opening and sharing stadiums and gymnasiums in "internet plus" universities in Changsha city,the lack of "internet plus" management knowledge in the opening and sharing of stadiums and gymnasiums,and the imperfect venue management and guarantee system have increased the difficulty of school management.The opening and sharing of school stadiums and gymnasiums increases the burden of school funds,affects the attitude of colleges and universities towards the opening of stadiums and gymnasiums,and may hinder the sustainable development of the opening and sharing of school stadiums and gymnasiums.(3)In order to make full use of "internet plus" to realize the digitalization of university stadiums and gymnasiums,effectively improve the utilization rate of university stadiums and gymnasiums,innovate the management mechanism of "internet plus" university stadiums and gymnasiums,clarify the division of responsibilities of all parties,and realize sustainable open sharing.Suggestions:(1)In the process of opening and sharing "internet plus" stadiums,schools should make use of their excellent teachers to train new talents for "internet plus" stadiums and coordinate the relationship between daily physical education and the opening and sharing of stadiums and gymnasiums.At the same time,further strengthen the management of "internet plus",improve the site management and security system,make rational use of free resources,and increase the breadth and depth of open sharing.(2)Continuously develop "internet plus" university stadium technology based on portable and portable mobile equipment.With APP as the breakthrough point,we will vigorously build the information platform of university stadiums and gymnasiums,strive to realize the digitization of university stadiums and gymnasiums information,improve the utilization rate of stadiums and gymnasiums,and change the operation mode of university stadiums and gymnasiums.At the same time,the local government should earnestly fulfill its duty of being the first responsible person in healthy China,strongly support universities to open their stadiums and gymnasiums,encourage the school-enterprise joint office to open university stadiums and gymnasiums to the public,innovate the government purchase service mechanism,and give policy and financial support to open schools,so that "internet plus" university stadiums and gymnasiums can truly serve the strategy of becoming a powerful nation in sports.
