students.On the basis of marxist demand theory as the guidance,this paper also makes some reference to maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.It aims to improve the pertinence,timeliness and effectiveness of ideological and political education by addressing the needs of contemporary college students.Person's demand is the basis of all the activities of people and driving force,to make college students' thought and behavior to adapt themselves to college students' physical and mental development rule,to become a qualified socialist builders and successors,will be to the need of college students as a
