Research On The Construction Of Teaching Management Information In The County Vocational Education Center

The rapid development of the information age has brought many conveniences to all walks of life,especially in the teaching management,the rational use of information technology can improve the quality of teaching and achieve twice the result with half the effort.County level vocational education center is the main body of Vocational Education in China.It has trained a large number of skilled and high-quality talents for the country.The informatization of teaching management in such schools can not only promote the reform of teaching management methods and teaching management means,but also promote the continuous innovation of teaching management ideas and teaching management theories.The informatization of teaching management promotes the development of education and teaching management to digital and open,and makes the level of teaching management rise to a new level,which also brings new opportunities and challenges to the teaching management of county-level Vocational Education Center.The informatization of teaching management in county-level vocational education center can make parents,teachers and students and the society more easily understand the teaching management work,make "school affairs open" more convenient,and promote the rapid development of the school.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the informatization construction of teaching management in county-level Vocational Education Center.Based on the relevant theories of teaching management information construction of county-level Vocational Education Center,and then,combining with their own work experience,investigates and studies the informatization construction of county vocational education centers.The results show that there are five problems in the informatization construction of teaching management of county-level Vocational Education Center,such as insufficient investment in informatization infrastructure,imperfect informatization teaching management platform,insufficient construction of informatization resource base,incomplete informatization teaching management system and insufficient informatization talents training.The reason is that the county-level vocational education centers pay less attention,lack of funds,lack of teaching resources sharing,and the imperfect guarantee mechanism of information construction.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of teaching management information construction in county-level Vocational Education Center,five construction measures are proposed: first,increase the construction of infrastructure,including the construction of basic hardware investment,information software resources,network security and mobile platform;second,build a perfect teaching resource management platform,optimize the construction of teaching management platform,and do a good job in system maintenance;third It is to strengthen the construction and application of information-based resource base.The specific measures are to build information-based teaching resource base,share teaching resources and improve the efficiency of resource use.The fourth is to optimize the construction of information-based teaching management system,which needs to change the traditional teaching management function and optimize the information-based teaching management system.The fifth is to further increase the investment of funds and build the information-based professional teaching team.The research of this paper provides new ideas for the further improvement of teaching management information construction of county-level Vocational Education Center,adds new methods to promote the orderly development of teaching management,accelerates the sharing of teaching resources,promotes the information-based teaching to a new height,promotes the pace of information construction of county-level Vocational Education Center,and constructs the professional team of information-based teaching management..
