With the active promotion of the reform of teaching evaluation in China,it has become urgent to improve the teaching evaluation system and implement it in various disciplines and special projects to improve the quality of student training.Track and field,as the main courses of physical education majors in physical education colleges,occupy a very important position in both primary and secondary schools and colleges.However,due to the limitations and incompleteness of the evaluation content and evaluation dimensions of the current professional evaluation system for track and field students,it has affected the correct evaluation of teaching effects and the improvement of teaching quality.Therefore,this paper uses the literature review method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method to logically reason and summarize the structural elements of track and field students 'special ability to build a scientific and reasonable theory system for the evaluation of track and field students' special ability It aims to provide a certain theoretical reference for the objective evaluation of the special ability of track and field students.Through research and analysis,the conclusions are as follows:(1)By analyzing the teaching syllabus of track and field specialization of physical education majors in physical education colleges,it is concluded that the evaluation of the special ability of track and field students in physical education colleges has the following deficiencies: there are limitations and incompleteness in the evaluation content and evaluation dimensions;emphasis on the evaluation methods Summative evaluation does not pay enough attention to process evaluation and relative evaluation.The main evaluation subject is teacher evaluation,the evaluation subject is single and the teacher is too centralized.(2)Three rounds of expert questionnaires were used to finalize the evaluation system for the special ability of track and field students in physical education majors.There are three levels of indicators,including five first-level indicators,14second-level indicators,and 55 third-level indicators.Progress and mutual connectioncan more comprehensively reflect the special ability requirements of track and field students majoring in physical education.(3)The weight of each index was calculated through the analytic hierarchy process and the percentage weight method.Among the first-level indicators of the special ability evaluation of track and field students,the weight of special sports skills is 0.420,the weight of teaching ability is 0.282,the weight of competition organization and refereeing ability is 0.170,and the training ability The weight is0.087 and the scientific research capacity is 0.041.Among them,the special sports skills account for the largest proportion in the special ability evaluation of track and field students,followed by the teaching ability,competition organization and referee ability and training ability.The scientific research ability accounts for the least proportion,but the scientific research ability Ability is also an important component of the special ability of track and field students majoring in physical education.(4)Based on the current situation of the evaluation of the special ability of track and field students in physical education majors,the following optimization evaluation plan is proposed: optimize the evaluation method,focus on the organic combination of multiple evaluation methods,emphasize the combination of formative evaluation and summary evaluation,and set up a multi-level special course inspection To shorten the evaluation cycle and increase the frequency of evaluations,establish a continuous and complete evaluation and evaluation system;optimize the evaluation subject,realize the diversity of evaluation and evaluation subjects,emphasize student participation and interaction,and integrate self-evaluation with other evaluations;optimize evaluation goals and evaluation content,and The deduction of the track and field teaching department should attach importance to both the evaluation of students' basic skills and the evaluation of students' ability to use the knowledge and methods they have learned to guide practice.
