The participation of primary and secondary schools in different regions in cooperation in running schools is an effective way to share high-quality educational resources,reduce the education gap between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and rapidly improve the quality of education in Xiongan New Aera.The form of cooperative education has promoted the dissemination,sharing and value-added of high-quality educational resources between different regions,changed the traditional organization of schools,promoted the school from a closed system to an open system,and promoted the rapid development of areas with weak education.This study focuses on the changes brought about by the cooperation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-quality schools and schools in Xiongan New Area to the development of schools in the era of Xiongan New Area.Taking Xiongan New Area A School as an example,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and by reviewing relevant literature,collating and summarizing the development effectiveness and current problems of Xiongan New Area A School in cooperative education,analyzing the reasons for the problems and proposing,putting forward strategies to improve the school development of Xiongan New Area A School,with a view to providing a case experience for the development of schools in Xiongan New Area under the background of cooperation.Through investigation and research,since the school of Xiongan New Area A School and Beijing Cooperative School have participated in cooperative school running,the development of Xiongan New Area A School has significantly improved the school running philosophy,management process,and the environment for school members development.But it also faces multiple problems: Outside the school,because the governments of the two places failed to coordinate the cooperation in running schools,the inter-provincial management of cooperative schools was difficult.At the same time,the centralized management of school A by the government of the locality of school A led to a situation of interference and restrictedthe autonomy of school principals.Therefore,the principal of School A cannot manage the school effectively;Inside the school,the inadequacy of the school management system and the cooperative school running system,the backward development ideas of school members,and the lack of initiative have made the school face difficulties in the development of the teaching staff and the comprehensive development of students.In addition,the overall development of the school relies heavily on Beijing cooperative schools,which is not conducive to the future independent development of schools.Finally,based on the existing problems and reasons of the school development of the A school in Xiongan New Area,based on the internal and external conditions of school development,the author proposes strategies for improving school development: The government must coordinate and reasonably simplify the administration and decentralization,and provide sufficient external guarantee and school autonomy for the development of schools under cooperative schooling;Inside the school,it is necessary to establish a scientific institutional framework,improve the school management system,and stimulate the potential and intrinsic motivation of school members' independent development.At the same time,it is recommended that school members themselves also need to change their ideology and strengthen their awareness of independent and independent development.
