| It is one of the contents of the project of promoting the development of youth sports to build a socialized and networked winter and summer camp system of youth sports,carry out the training of youth sports skills,and make them master more than two sports skills.In order to meet the needs of youth sports development in the new era,the General Administration of sport of the people's Republic of China has implemented the youth sports winter and summer camp with the main goal of improving youth sports skills since 2018.Winter and summer camp is a special environment.It is a place for the budding youth groups to gather together for specific activities during the holiday time.Taekwondo is a martial arts project with the characteristics of beginning of ceremony and ending of ceremony,both internal and external.At the same time,there is still a shortage of reserve talents in the sports events as a key development in Beijing.In order to promote Taekwondo in Beijing Objective to develop and cater to the construction of national youth sports winter and summer camp project,Beijing Municipal Bureau of sports held a youth Winter and summer camp activity with the theme of Taekwondo.Based on the analysis of the field survey of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter and summer camp,this paper analyzes the current situation of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter and summer camp,the goal tendency of the staff and the important factors of the participants by using the methods of literature,interview and questionnaire.Finally,it uses the SWOT analysis to analyze the organization form of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter and summer camp,to find out its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.Through investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter summer camp has its own organizational structure,the organizational structure is standardized,the hierarchical structure is reasonable,and the external image is firmly established,but the top and bottom still need close practice.2.The curriculum content of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter summer camp is in line with its own theme,which is mainly popular with young people.The curriculum content is divided into Taekwondo competition,character,taekwondo dance,and stunts.with theoretical learning and outdoor sports project guidance.The curriculum is independent,specialized and objective,which stimulates the internal driving force of students.3.The personnel composition of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter summer camp includes three teams: management and design team,organization of teaching team and logistics support team.Under the strong team construction,the internal part of the support is complex,but the three are still coordinated with each other,so as to maintain the stable state of the camp.4.Beijing youth's Taekwondo winter camp has wide publicity channels,including propaganda leaflets,billboards,official website of Beijing Taekwondo Association,official public number of Beijing Taekwondo Association,newspapers,radio and television,trainees or parents,relying on sponsors,However,the way of registration of parents and students is slightly different from the way of Beijing Summer Youth Camp's Taekwondo summer camp.The way of propaganda needs to be further optimized.5.The accommodation environment of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter and summer camp is relatively common,the equipment and facilities are imperfect,the trainees have insurance,the camp has medical personnel and some commonly used medical equipment,and special camp medical room needs to be added.6.The charge of Beijing Youth Taekwondo winter summer camp covers a wide range of contents,which to a certain extent maintains the needs of the camp.Appropriate price adjustment is conducive to the equalization of public services for youth sports. |
