Fast break is the most active and effective tactic that reflects the development direction and sports characteristics of basketball in the new era.It is the basic component of basketball tactics and an important way to score points.Among them, the fast-break promotion phase is an important part of the fast-break tactics to be carried out smoothly and efficiently.Basketball players are combined with multiple limbs in the course of fast-break advancement. In the process of multi-plane and multi-directional movement, players are required to have the ability to move quickly in multiple directions and to stop and rise quickly on the court. In addition, the passing action involves The sagittal, coronal, and horizontal plane movements are obvious multi-dimensional movements. However, few resistance movements involving basketball players are involved in the resistance training of basketball players.Aim: Based on the theory of posture control, this paper analyzes the technical action characteristics of middle school basketball players in the process of fast-break advancement, designs a multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training program, and experimentally verifies that the multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training has a positive impact on the fast-break advance speed of middle school basketball players;Through the analysis of the test indicators, the reasons for the impact of the multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training on the fast-breaking advance speed of middle school basketball players are explored. Methods: This article adopts research methods such as literature data method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, logical analysis method, experimental method and observation method, and takes 24 members of Beijing No.8 Middle School Basketball Team as experimental objects for 8 weeks of experimental intervention. The experimental group used a multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training program, and the control group used a conventional resistance training program. In this study,"front throw solid ball, akimbo fixed jump,T-type,3/4 sprint(with and without ball)),15 m × 2foldback run(with and without ball),pass distance,two-person short-pass fast break advance return,three-person fast-break pushback return(short and long pass combination),forward lean angle of the trunk Indicators, and SPSS software was used to test the data of the two groups of subjects before and after the test.Result: After 8 weeks of multi-dimensional elastic band resistance training intervention, the experimental group showed no significant changes except for the test results of "knob-legged fixed jump",while the control group showed significant changes except for the test of "knobs-vertical fixed jump" There were no significant changes in other test indicators.Conclusion:1.The multidimensional elastic band resistance training can improve the middle school athletes' upper and lower limb synergy ability under certain conditions,be conducive to the development of overall strength, and further improve the fast-break advancement speed of middle school basketball players.2.The performance of the special test indicators of the experimental group before and after the experiment has significantly improved, and the increase is larger than that of the control group. Therefore, the resistance training of the multi-dimensional elastic band has a positive effect on improving the fast-break advancement speed of middle school basketball players.3.The multidimensional elastic band resistance training can improve the middle school athlete's ability to control various parts of the body during the movement, which is mainly reflected by the increase of the forward leaning angle of the trunk when moving, which has a positive impact on improving the fast-break advance speed of middle school basketball players.
