Objectives: Describe the correlation between the physical activity level and cognitive function of the elderly in the Qingpu District China Welfare Association nursing home,and analyze the factors that affect the physical activity of the general population and different gender groups(general).To study the correlation between gender and educational background and each dimension of each cognitive function score scale(MMSE,Mo CA),and to study the different dimensions of physical activity scale and each cognitive function score scale(MMSE,Mo CA).The correlation between different dimensions provides physical activity for the nursing home population as a theoretical basis for protecting cognitive decline.With reference to Petersen's diagnostic criteria,the MCI prevalence of the general population and people of different genders is obtained through the results of the MMSE,Mo CA and ADL scales,and the monitoring of early MCI in the elderly is strengthened to provide an important means of preventing and controlling dementia.Methods: This paper uses the literature method to search and review cohort studies,randomized controlled trials,and high-quality reviews of physical activity and cognitive decline,providing a theoretical basis for the study;A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 107 elderly people in the nursing home of the China Welfare Association in Qingpu District,Shanghai.The survey contents included: basic information questionnaire,GDS scale,MMSE scale,Mo CA scale,ADL scale and international Physical activity scale and obtained data;Using mathematical statistics method,using SPSS22.0 for one-way analysis of variance,chi-square test,independent sample T test,Pearson correlation,partial correlation analysis,and binary logistic regression analysis.Based on the data and information obtained from the survey,a comprehensive logical analysis is made of the physical activity level and cognitive function of the elderly,and the corresponding conclusions are drawn from the results of previous studies.Results:(1)A total of 107 subjects entered the analysis,with an average age of 87.31 ± 4.56 years and 43 males,accounting for 40.19%.There were 64 females,accounting for 59.81%.The low,medium and high physical activity were 34(31.78%),62(57.94%)and 11(10.28%).(2)From the perspective of factors affecting physical activity,age and physical activity level are correlated in sociodemographic characteristics(P<0.05),and there is no correlation between male and female groups(P>0.05).In living habits,the exercise status of the general population and the male population was related to the level of physical activity(P<0.05),and the high-fat diet of the female population was related to the level of physical activity(P<0.05).In the history of disease and history of taking psychotropic drugs,the total population,male population,and female population had no correlation with physical activity levels(P>0.05).Among the depression tendency and daily living ability,the daily living ability and physical activity level of the general population and the male population were correlated(P<0.05),and there was no correlation between the female population(P>0.05).(3)Judging from the correlation between gender and education and each dimension of the MMSE scale,there was no difference in gender and education between the scores of MMSE(P>0.05).From the perspective of the correlation between the different dimensions in the physical activity scale and the different dimensions in the MMSE cognitive function score scale,the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that daily workload was significantly correlated with language(P<0.01).The amount of housework physical activity was related to orientation,attention and understanding(P<0.05),and significantly related to the total score(P<0.01).There was a correlation between total sleep time and total score(P <0.05).Partial correlation analysis after controlling for gender and education variables showed that daily work activity was significantly correlated with language(P<0.01),and housework physical activity was related to orientation,attention and understanding(P<0.05),very significant correlation with the total score(P<0.001).(4)From the perspective of the correlation between gender and education and the dimensions of the Mo CA scale,only the naming ability has academic differences(P <0.05),and the naming ability and gender are significantly different(P<0.01).There were no academic qualifications or gender differences in item scores(P>0.05).From the perspective of the correlation between the different dimensions in the physical activity scale and the different dimensions in the Mo CA Cognitive Function Rating Scale,the results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that: the amount of physical activity in transportation was related to visual space and performance(P<0.05).The amount of housework physical activity was related to visual space and performance(P<0.05),and was significantly related to total score(P<0.01).The total amount of physical activity was significantly related to visual space and execution(P<0.01).There was a correlation between total meditation time and orientation(P<0.05).After controlling for the variables of gender and education,the results of partial correlation analysis showed that the amount of physical activity in transportation was related to visual space and performance(P<0.05).There was a correlation between the amount of housework physical activity and attention(P<0.05),and a significant correlation with the total score(P<0.01).There is a correlation between total force activity and abstraction and total score(P<0.05),and significant correlation with visual space and execution(P<0.01).There was a correlation between meditation time and directional force(P<0.05).(5)According to Petersen's diagnostic criteria,there were 25 MCI patients with a prevalence rate of 23.36%.The male and female MCI patients were 11(25.58%)and 14(21.88%).The trend test showed that the prevalence of MCI decreased only with the increase of physical activity level in the male population(P<0.05),and there was no correlation between the total population and the female population(P>0.05).The binary logistic regression analysis of the total population showed that after adjusting for all MCI-related factors involved in the study,compared with mild physical activity,high-intensity physical activity reduced the risk of MCI,with an OR 0.98(0.18,5.33),and moderate The effect of intense physical activity on reducing the risk of MCI was not found,with an OR 3.16(0.92,10.82).Conclusion:(1)Judging from the factors that affect the level of physical activity,the elderly are generally older in the elderly,resulting in lower levels of physical activity,and there is no age difference between male and female groups.There is a correlation between changes in the general population and male physical and physical activity levels and exercise and daily living ability.Only high-fat diet changes in the female population were associated with physical activity levels.(2)From the perspective of physical activity,the average weekly energy consumption of females is higher than that of males in the elderly in the China Welfare Association Nursing Home in Qingpu District.This shows that women perform better than men in physical activity,and men are higher than women in meditation time.(3)From the results of correlation analysis,the level of physical activity is correlated with the cognitive function of the elderly elderly in the nursing home,and the partial correlation analysis after controlling for gender and education variables still shows that the level of physical activity and the cognitive of the elderly elderly in the nursing home Functionality is relevant.(4)From the perspective of the risk of illness,among the elderly in the Qingpu District China Welfare Association Nursing Home,only the male population's MCI prevalence decreases with the level of physical activity.There was no correlation between MCI prevalence and physical activity in the female population and the general population.Compared with low physical activity levels,high physical activity levels can reduce the risk of MCI in the population.
