Research purpose:Our country has gradually entered the aging society, the health sports health care of the elderly has attracted people's attention. Many studies have confirmed that the fitness program with Chinese characteristics has a positive role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. For example,Li Fuzhong issued a paper proving that practicing Tai Chi can improve the motor function of Parkinson's disease patients and reduce the risk of falls in the elderly. Therefore,to further develop popular sports and encourage the development of special sports for different age groups, different chronic patients and different regional characteristics, such as Tai Chi,fitness Qigong and other Chinese special fitness projects, will contribute to the health and physical health of the elderly.Considering that the density of water is 800 times higher than that of air,the weight reduction and support function of buoyancy, and the viscous resistance can reduce the movement speed and provide the resistance environment, some traditional Chinese sports in daily life, such as the 24 Style Tai Chi,which is easy to learn and popularized in the elderly, may be able to feel the pressure of water in the special environment of water due to the ability to feel the pressure of water The influence of force, resistance and buoyancy, especially the joint pressure on the elderly, will become smaller, making the elderly more easily to accept the exercise of water Tai Chi,which can avoid the harm of falling during the exercise, and the resistance of water can also strengthen certain action intensity, while the water movement, due to the inertia of water flow, requires the human body to pay more attention to balance and coordination, which may coordinate the exercise of muscle groups and brain, and achieve more Good effect of sports health care.Based on this, this study recruited two groups of elderly people after 16 weeks of water Tai Chi and land Tai Chi training, compared and analyzed the differences of static and dynamic balance ability, body posture control ability, walking ability and reaction time under dual tasks, and discussed the purpose of the influence of water Tai Chi on the balance ability of the elderly.Research methods:46 eligible elderly people were divided into two groups: water Tai Chi group and land Tai Chi group. They were included in the intervention experiment, and all of them signed the informed consent before the experiment.A 16 week water Tai Chi training was carried out three times a week for one hour each time.Data from the last 30 subjects were included in the analysis. The main indicators of the test include: the maximum deviation distance, end travel and direction control of the forward, backward, left and right ultimate stability test;the balance score of the integrated test conditions 1-6;the secondary indicators include: timing stand walking single task and dual task test;closed eye single foot standing test and response time test. Before and after the intervention experiment, the elderly were tested and the data were analyzed. The data of this experiment was input by Excel, and then analyzed by spss23.0.The basic conditions of the two groups were tested by independent sample t test.Paired sample t-test was performed on the results before and after intervention. For the difference between groups, independent sample t-test was performed.P < 0.05 means statistical significance.Results:(1)After 16 weeks of intervention, the total scores of the two groups increased significantly in the integration test without intervention. In the integration test of cognitive intervention, the two groups also improved in different degrees, which was higher than that of the lower land Tai Chi group.(2)After 16 weeks of exercise, there were significant differences in the forward, backward and left directions(P < 0.05)in the Los test;there were significant differences in the left, right and back directions(P < 0.05)in the land Tai Chi group.Compared with the two groups, there was great progress in the Los test(3)There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),when there was cognitive task test in the time rise walk test and when there was exercise task intervention test in the time rise walk test(P< 0.05).The walking distance of the subjects in the 6-minute walking experiment increased slightly, and the time of standing left foot and right foot with eyes closed and one foot closed increased significantly(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 16 weeks of land and water Tai Chi exercise,it has an impact on the vestibular, visual and proprioception of the elderly, improves the ability of posture control in different environments, improves the ability of balance, and indirectly reduces the risk of falls of the elderly.(2)Compared with land Tai Chi,water Tai Chi can reduce the pressure of weight on the knee joint, which is suitable for people with joint diseases, and water Tai Chi can avoid the harm of falling during exercise.(3)Water Taiji is more able to experience the resistance and movement effect of Tai Chi in water than on land Taiji, and water resistance can also strengthen certain movement intensity.Because of the inertia of water flow, the human body needs to pay more attention to balance and coordination, which may coordinate the exercise of muscle group and brain,so as to enhance the coordination ability of the body and improve the movement stability,so as to improve its balance more effectively Ability to achieve better results in sports health care.
