Combining with China's existing on higher education,especially private higher vocational education teachers team construction in Guangdong and relevant policies,ideas and policies of higher vocational education idea and policy,on the basis of in order to understand and solve Guangzhou college of south China business development problems in the process of construction of technical secondary school teachers,on the basis of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,fair theory,the competencies model theory,effectively for South China Business Trade College full-time teachers with the practical situation of the construction of teachers team has carried on the questionnaire design,field research and solve the problems in the college in the construction of teachers team.The main contents of this paper include:First,there are some problems in the construction of full-time teachers in South China Business Trade College,such as unreasonable structure of teachers,unreasonable salary structure,lack of attention from college leaders,non-standard system construction,unclear fair system and incentive system,and imperfect ability cultivation system.Second,the reasons for the problems in the construction of full-time teachers in South China Business Trade College mainly include the imperfect rules and regulations of the college and the unimplemented salary management system.Teachers pay and report is not proportional to the fair teachers can not reflect;Teachers have low salary,many affairs and lack of effective incentive measures;The needs of teachers can not be met,the loss of training enthusiasm;Teacher training content is lack of pertinence,ability can not be improved,waste of time.Third,comprehensive domestic and foreign private and private full-time teachers experience for the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges,South China Business Trade College teachers teaching faculty construction countermeasures from the reshaping higher vocational full-time teachers salary system,construction offull-time teachers of higher vocational teachers' justice system,perfecting the incentive mechanism,the implementation of full-time teachers in higher vocational full-time teachers training process,improve vocational competence of full-time faculty to solve.In short,in this article,through questionnaire investigation and literature analysis and comparative research methods,such as analysis of South China Business Trade College current full-time teachers teachers team construction of the existing problems and causes,draw lessons from foreign private vocational education some better methods and measures,such as to find out the suitable for South China Business Trade College full-time teachers countermeasures for the construction of teaching staff,for the development of South China Business Trade College full-time teachers provide certain practical guiding significance,at the same time,hope to the college for the similar private higher vocational colleges full-time teachers to guide the teachers troop construction to provide certain case,It provides certain reference significance for the construction of full-time teachers in Guangdong private higher vocational colleges and further enricfies the case resources for the construction of full-time teachers in our private higher vocational colleges.
