Positive psychology originated in the 1930 s,and K.M.Shelton and Laura king defined it as "the science of the study of positive qualities such as human potential and virtue".It advocates to face and explain human potential,motivation and existing problems with a positive perspective,and emphasizes to respond to existing problems through positive means so as to obtain positive significance.As China attaches great importance to vocational education,the number and scale of secondary vocational schools continue to expand,and it is extremely urgent to effectively improve the education and teaching management of secondary vocational schools.The class management research of secondary vocational schools has certain guidance and reference significance for the current work.Positive psychology education concept reflects on the traditional education actively,emphasize to explore and research,and in practice to expand and cultivate the students' positive qualities,the concept of positive psychology and thought and secondary vocational school class,classroom management,and other research,the combination of can help the secondary vocational schools to a certain extent effective class management level of ascension.Based on class management in vocational schools,the present situation and the theory of positive psychology and on the basis of recent research into review,summarize the role of positive psychology in education at the present stage,with the class management situation of secondary vocational education,understand the present stage in the class of problems existing in the management of vocational schools,from class education management,teaching management,teacher management in the perspective of positive psychology on the reason analysis,and try to combine theory and viewpoint of positive psychology,from class education management,class teaching,the teacher in charge work and students' self management four aspects put forward feasible suggestion,to promote the realization of effective classroom management.At the same time,it also provides some materials for the development of positive psychology,and expands the application and development of positive psychology in educational practice.
