Study On The Construction Of Diagnostic Index Of Competitive State Of Sanda Athletes In Colleges And Universities

The theory of competitive sports is not only the booster to speed up the construction of sports power,but also the fundamental method to develop the "strong points" of each competitive sports in the new era.Sanshou from exploration to mature,after forty years,the competitive level increased "leapfrog",but is closely related with the competitive state of research and application,too many complex factors affected by the human body,related indicators difficult to quantitative research,makes influence of sanda athletes competitive state index research focus,and the research,in achieving the competitive wushu sanda athletes keep excellent grades "core factors".As a coach of a sports team,he has rich training experience,and often judges the athletes' competitive state based on the experience summarized in practice,so as to guide the training and competition.However,this kind of judgment is perceptual knowledge after all,which is bound to have a big error with the reality.When there is a large gap in athletic level,the error of this kind of judgment has little influence on the performance of the athletes.However,with the approach of the level of competition,the error of the coach's judgment of athletic status becomes the key factor to determine the victory of the competition.To solve the error judgment caused by this perceptual knowledge,the scientific method is to find out the influencing factors of competitive state and scientifically quantify each factor.Through investigation,literature review and experiment,this study determined the framework of preliminary indicators affecting athletes' competitive status.Through the expert interview method and the integration of multiple rounds of expert interview opinions,the indicators were screened by several questionnaires,and the final diagnostic indicators of sanda athletes' competitive status were determined.Main conclusions:(1)Establish a scientific and reasonable sanda athletes competitive state,should be for scientific,comprehensive,targeted and operability principles,in order to improve the sanda athletes performance as the reality basis,sports training the knowledge as the theoretical basis,also should with athlete's individual differences,movement time grasp and actively cooperate with the guidance,the scientific and effective diagnosis can be achieved.(2)Before and after the training of sanda athletes with different load intensity,the change trend of salivary slgA index was different,and there was no significant difference in the changes of medium and small intensity load,salivary slgA concentration and secretion rate(P > 0.05).After intensive load training,slgA concentration and secretion rate of saliva were significantly reduced(P < 0.05).In the diagnosis of sanda athletes' competitive status,saliva slgA can be used as a new diagnostic index to monitor the intensity of sanda athletes' sports load during training.(3)The diagnosis of competitive status of sanda athletes in colleges and universities finally determines the diagnosis of five first-level indicators,sorted by weight ratio: technical ability,tactical ability,physical ability,psychological state,and physical function.(4)There were 13 secondary indicators,which were ranked by weight ratio and degree of determination of diagnosis results as follows: technical effect and number of hits;Tactical effect and tactical awareness;Speed,coordination,strength,agility and endurance;Sports anxiety,psychological fatigue;Sports load bearing capacity,respiratory function.(5)Three-level index with a total of 36,are closely related to the project characteristics of sanda project,including self serves,boxing combination hit number first and wrestle serves,20 seconds,10 seconds kicks hit number,number of blows struck 10 seconds,against those who serves,serves,punch her leg coordination,punch speed,kick 11 indicators is the core of the diagnosis of sanda athletes competitive state indicators.
