| Objective: To explore more scientific training methods for cross-country skiers,combined with the functional physical training and the traditional physical training,the influence on the physical quality of young cross-country skiers was compared,to understand the differences between the two,then it analyzes the scientificity of cross-country skier's physical quality training.Methods: In this study,16 male athletes were selected from Hebei Youth cross-country skiing team by experimental method and mathematical statistics method,they were randomly divided into two groups with 8 athletes in each group,as the experimental group and the control group.Functional training was used in the experimental group,traditional physical training was used in the control group,and 12 weeks interference training was conducted in the two groups at the same time,4 days a week,2 hours a day.Through 2 functional indicators,13 quality indicators,7 action screening indicators to test before and after the experiment,and finally use statistics for analysis.Results:(1)Horizontal comparison before the experiment,There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).(2)Horizontal comparison after the experiment,there was no difference in the functional indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05);There were very significant differences in 12 physical quality indexes(P < 0.01)of single leg squat left,single leg squat right,pull up,grip left,grip right,leg bending sit up,100 m,YOYO test,sitting body forward bending,standing long jump,30 m fast crawling and ten lateral jumps;There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the four indexes of push up exhaustion,left standing,right standing and hexagon jumping;There was a general significant difference(P < 0.05)in the total score of functional movement quality screening indexes,among which there was also a difference(P < 0.05)in the active straight knee and leg lifting,there was no difference in other actions(P > 0.05).(3)Longitudinal comparison after the experiment,there was significant difference in functional indexes before and after the experiment group(P < 0.01);There were significant differences in 15 physical quality indexes(P < 0.01)of single leg squatting left,single leg squatting right,pull up,grip left,grip right,leg bending sit ups,100 meter running,YOYO test,push up exhaustion,sitting body forward bending,standing long jump,eyes closed single foot standing left,eyes closed single foot standing right,30 meter fast crawling,hexagon jump,there was a significant difference in the special quality index before and after ten lateral jumps in the experimental group(P < 0.05);There was significant difference in the total score of functional action screening indexes(P < 0.01),there was no significant difference in the scores of each action(P > 0.05).In the control group,there was significant difference in vital capacity(P < 0.01),but no difference in resting heart rate(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in 9 indexes of body quality,such as single leg squat left,grip right,Sit-up,100-meter run,push-up exhaustion,one-foot standing with eyes closed,30-meter quick crawl,hexagon jump and ten side jump(P < 0.01);There were general differences in 5 indexes of right squat,pull up,left grip,YOYO test and standing long jump(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the right side of standing on one foot(P > 0.05);There was no significant difference between the total score of functional movement quality screening index and the scores of each movement(P > 0.05).Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the vital capacity of the experimental group and the control group were improved,but the vital capacity of the experimental group was significantly higher,the functional physical fitness training should pay attention to small load and many times so that the athletes can complete better,it effectively improves the circulation of respiratory system of athletes.The traditional training is boring and the athletes can't stick to it completely.The resting heart rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,it can save energy consumption and increase energy storage for athletes.Both functional training and traditional training have improved the physical quality of cross-country skiers,but the effect of functional training is better than traditional training.In addition to the strength and endurance quality,the increase effect of push ups in functional training is not obvious,the lower limb strength quality,upper limb strength quality,core strength quality,endurance quality,sensitive coordination and balance quality of cross-country skiers are significantly improved,in particular,single leg squats increased by about 50%,because the functional training pays attention to one side training and weak side training of skiers,and the characteristics of cross-country skiing are reflected in the training,so that the balance and strength of both sides of the body are consistent,and finally the purpose of improving sports performance is achieved;Traditional training in the training can not be based on cross-country skiing sports characteristics and physical differences of athletes to carry out symptomatic training,resulting in uneven training,more potential sports injuries,sports performance is not obvious. |
