With the development of the information age,the application of Internet technology in education is becoming more and more widespread and in-depth,which has greatly promoted profound changes in education.In the current context of information education,information literacy has become a key factor in the professional development of teachers.The state has proposed to comprehensively improve the information literacy of teachers to meet the requirements of information education,which will be a long-term and unchanged process.Therefore,teachers in secondary vocational schools must have a certain level of information literacy in order to apply advanced teaching concepts,control various types of new teaching modes,integrate information technology and curriculum,and cultivate talents that truly meet the requirements of the times.This research focuses on the current status and improvement strategies of information literacy for teachers in secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province,using questionnaires and interviews to investigate the teachers in four secondary vocational schools in Hebei Province.The overall research idea of this article is the definition of the concept-literature review-theoretical basis-analysis of connotation and necessity-analysis of the status quo and causes-promotion strategies.First of all,the core concepts of this article are defined;The research status of the information literacy of secondary vocational teachers;Then,it analyzes the connotation of information literacy of secondary vocational teachers from the aspects of life-long learning theory and teacher professional development theory,and elaborates the necessity of teacher information literacy cultivation.These theoretical analyses are important foundations and prerequisites for conducting research;the survey of the information literacy status of secondary vocational teachers is then carried out through questionnaires and interviews,which mainly include the four aspects of information awareness,information knowledge,information ability,and information morality,and finally Based on the survey results,the problems and reasons of the information literacy of secondary vocational teachers are analyzed,and effective methods for improving the information literacy of teachers in secondary vocational schools are proposed from three aspects:government,schools,and individual teachers.
