Research On The Differences Of Influencing Factors Of The Agglomeration Of Scientific And Technological Talents In Beijing,tianjin And Hebei

Under the conditions of a market economy and the encouragement of resource and environmental benefits,scientific and technological talents continue to flow and gather between regions.The agglomeration phenomenon and agglomeration effects that they have formed have received increasing attention and research from many scholars at home and abroad.The concentration of scientific and technological innovation talents in the region not only helps them to maximize their own value,but the resulting aggregation effect can more effectively promote the sustainable development of economic,scientific and technological,industrial,social and other aspects of the gathering place and even the surrounding areas.However,at present,the regional differences in the concentration of scientific and technological talents in China are large,and extreme phenomena are obvious.Take Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as an example.Since the integration process began in 1982,although some progress has been made,the development differences between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regions remain.It is relatively large,and the difference in regional scientific and technological talents is an important reason for this phenomenon.Existing scholars have conducted many theoretical discussions and empirical researches on the issue of "regional scientific and technological talent gathering",but the research methods and perspectives are relatively single,and few analyses have been made on the different factors affecting the regional talent gathering.Therefore,based on traditional research,this paper uses Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional time series data to analyze and test the influencing factors of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology talent gathering.This paper first summarizes the previous research and screens the research variables based on theoretical analysis.Based on the relationship between the variables,a scientific and technological talent gathering model is constructed.Regression analysis is performed using the time series data from 2003 to 2017 in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei.From five perspectives of economic factors,scientific and technological factors,opening up,social security,and livability,the important factors affecting the concentration of science and techn-ology talents in Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei were explored.Using 15-year time series data from the three places,the science and technology of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei were explored.Structural differences in factors affecting talent concentration.The study found that the leading indicators affecting the overall concentration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology talents include three areas: the intensity of scientific and technological investment in the region,the government's emphasis on science and technology,and the accessibility of transportation.The main environmental factors are the concentration of scientific and technological talents in Tianjin.The main factors are the scientific and technological factors,social security factors,and the degree of opening up to the outside world.Except for the degree of opening up to the outside world in Hebei Province,other factors have a significant effect on the concentration of scientific and technological talents.With the development of the economy and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the concentration of scientific and technological talents has gradually transitioned from a multi-faceted influence to a trend led by a single category of indicators.According to the research conclusions,in order to strengthen the gathering of scientific and technological talents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this article has formulated strategies for gathering and upgrading scientific and technological talents in accordance with the characteristics of regional development,and offers suggestions for the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
