A strong youth makes a strong country.The development of Chinese traditional martial arts among teenagers can promote Chinese culture,improve physical and mental health,and cultivate will quality.In the process of education,we should cultivate students' noble moral character of loving the motherland,respecting the old and loving the young,as well as their indomitable,hard-working and brave martial arts.It is a good form to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation to carry out martial arts in junior middle school.As an important part of Chinese traditional culture,Wushu is gradually covered up by the impact of western sports culture after the reform and opening up.In the campus,the square,and the television,more and more foreign sports are carried out.Many traditional sports are being marginalized.Wushu is the representative of traditional sports,and short soldiers are an important part of Wushu.In the peaceful and peaceful era,the martial arts short soldier movement with fighting and antagonism is gradually far away from the public,and gradually becomes the "props" in making movies.Therefore,the purpose and significance of this study is to promote the feasibility of Wushu short soldiers in junior middle schools.This research mainly adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,experiment,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and so on.Taking the feasibility of Wushu short soldiers in Shanghai junior middle school as the main research content,it studies and summarizes the short soldiers in the junior middle school from the development of Wushu short soldiers,their etiquette,social value,moral education function and value characteristics Study the feasibility of extension.Through the experimental method,it is proved that Wushu short soldiers have positive significance to the improvement and promotion of junior middle school students' psychological quality,physical function and physical quality.This paper summarizes the effectiveness and operability of Wushu short soldier in junior middle school,and proves that Wushu short soldier can be used as one of the physical education teaching contents in junior middle school,and is suitable for junior middle school.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)At present,the martial arts short soldier project has entered Shanghai junior middle school,which has a good feasibility foundation in policy support,industrial development demand,security guarantee foundation,competition rules and social development trend.However,there are still some constraints in the allocation of teachers,site facilities and project cognition.(2)The martial arts curriculum in Shanghai junior middle school has reached a high popularity,and the content of martial arts curriculum is relatively rich,but there is a lack of armed confrontation projects similar to short soldiers.There is a lack of teachers and facilities in short soldiers projects.Students have a high degree of love for martial arts,but they do not have a high degree of awareness of short soldiers projects that have not yet been carried out.(3)Through the test,it is found that the short soldier program can effectively improve the physical and mental health level of junior high school students.The mainperformance is: the improvement of body function and physical quality,the improvement of body shape is not obvious.In addition,students' interest in martial arts short soldiers has been significantly improved.In terms of psychological thinking,they have improved their emotional control,sense of cooperation,willpower and so on.(4)The cultural connotation,social value and moral education function of Wushu short soldier project are in line with modern education and other concepts.The characteristics of Wushu short soldier program in traditional culture,adaptability of audience,defense and protection,rich interest and easy to learn program meet the needs of middle school students' physical and mental development.(5)The development of Wushu short soldier project has certain security.After the experiment course test,under the training condition of wearing professional protective equipment,the safety of students is effectively guaranteed,and there is no real situation of sports injury.
