Study On The Construction Of Finance Sharing Platform And The Existing Problems Of Accounting & Budget Management In Colleges And Universities

In recent years,the traditional financial mode of colleges and universities is generally lagging behind the development demand of large scale,multi campus and strategic differentiation under the new background of the deepening comprehensive reform of key colleges and universities.Because of the low efficiency,high cost and weak financial regulations execution ability of current financial mode,colleges and universities are facing problems such as being unable to provide effective decision support,which will lead to the crisis in the financial management.Through the combination of theory and cases,this paper makes the changes of situations such as the approaching of intelligent information era and the reform of the accounting system of colleges and universities as the breakthrough point and introduces an advanced finance sharing services concept which is a strong financial management tool.By making the finance sharing services platform successfully built up by the enterprises as a reference object,the establishment of an integral finance sharing services platform with the characteristics of colleges and universities will make process recreating and the interconnection of information system as the core so as to optimize business processes,reduce financial costs and risks and improve the financial mode of colleges and universities.However,the application of the finance sharing concept in colleges and universities is still in its initial stage,and most of them do not have the scale and conditions to build a finance sharing service center.The university that the author is working in has went through inspections of the finance sharing service centers in several companies and some of the top universities and carried out reforms.This Paper focuses on improving the traditional financial mode by referring to the enterprise finance sharing services mode.It is hoped that it'll provide references for other colleges and universities which are now in the financial reform whirlpool or seeking financial transitions.
