As a High-emotional laborer,the emotional competence is especially important for preschool teachers.It not only directly affects the emotional state and emotional competence of children,but also has a certain degree of influence on their own work and professional development.As one of the basic abilities of teachers,emotional competence is closely related to its teaching efficacy.Therefore,exploring the relationship between the two has a significant impact on the growth of young children and the professional development of preschool teachers.Through reviewing the related researches of emotional competence and teaching efficacy,this study analyzes the connotation of emotional competence and teaching efficacy and the value orientation of its application in teaching from a multi-dimensional perspective.Taking preschool teachers as the research object,adopts the questionnaire method to investigate the emotional competence and teaching efficacy of preschool teachers,and analyzes the relationship between them.On this basis,the emotional competence program is designed to intervene the emotional competence of preschool teachers to further verify the relationship between their emotional competence and teaching efficacy.The results show that:(1)The emotional competence and teaching efficacy of the preschool teachers are generally at the upper middle level;(2)there are significant differences in the emotional competence of preschool teachers in terms of age,marital status,teaching age,educational background,professional title,income,employment method and kindergarten class.(3)there are significant differences in the teaching efficacy of preschool teachers in terms of age,marital status,teaching age,educational background,professional title,income and employment method.(4)Preschool teachers' emotional competence and teaching efficacy are significantly positively correlated.Self-emotional expression,identification of children's emotion,management of children's emotion and self-emotional recognition can positively predict teaching efficacy.(5)Preschool teachers' emotional competence intervention can significantly improve the emotional competence of preschool teachers,and the intervention of preschool teachers' emotional competence can affect the development of their teaching efficacy.
