In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "General High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition)" and proposed the high school biology academic quality standard,emphasizing that the education evaluation method has changed from focusing on subject knowledge to focusing on the core quality of the discipline.In order to strengthen the guiding significance of curriculum standards for teaching,curriculum standards include content requirements and new academic requirements columns.Their specific connotations align with academic quality standards and point to the core quality of biology.They are bridges connecting "teaching-learning-examination".It is the key for teachers to cultivate the core literacy of biology.The curriculum standard condenses the core qualities of biology: life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,and social responsibility.The four core qualities are related to each other to form a unified whole.Among them,scientific thinking,as the basis of thinking activities formed by the concept of life,is related to scientific inquiry,and the three points together point to the formation of social responsibility.Therefore,cultivating students 'scientific thinking is the key to developing the core qualities of biology.Through literature research,investigation and case analysis,this study clarifies the purpose of the new academic requirements column in the curriculum standard to guide teachers to implement the cultivation of core literacy and clarify the connotation of scientific thinking.The extension of scientific thinking is expanded from the perspective of scientific thinking methods.Through the investigation and interview,we can understand the shortcomings of the current biology classroom teaching in cultivating students 'critical thinking and creative thinking,and carry out the teaching strategy research based on the specific requirements of developing students' scientific thinking in the compulsory module.Take the three cases of "the structure of DNA molecules","exploring the inheritance of traits of corn grains",and "Construction of eukaryotic cell structure model" as examples to expatiates the use of the PBL teaching strategy based on science history teaching strategy,an argumentative inquiry teaching strategy and teaching strategy based on teaching activity design in developing student model and modeling,critical thinking and creative thinking.
