Scientific Research Supports The Cultivation Path Of Innovative Talents In Universities

Education is the cornerstone of a country.Colleges and universities are not only the place of excellent talents,but also the birthplace of scientific research achievements.At the same time,they shoulder the two primary tasks of talent training and scientific research.In addition to profound knowledge reserve,the requirements of today's society for talents need to be able to use new knowledge and skills to solve practical problems,and have strong innovation ability and adaptability.Therefore,the close combination of higher education and scientific research has become an inevitable trend.This study follows the research paradigm from "should be" to "should be" and then back to "should be".It successively carries out theoretical research,empirical research,comparative research and countermeasure research.Through the analysis of the collected literature,questionnaire and interview data,it is found that the position of scientific research and teaching in Colleges and universities is a little unbalanced,the scientific research awareness of college students needs to be improved,and the relevant teaching and research mechanism needs to be improved.Therefore,the most important thing at present is to recognize the value of scientific research correctly and play the role of scientific research in the process of cultivating innovative talents in universities to the extreme.Therefore,in view of the above situation,the author suggests three points: first,combine scientific research activities with the process of innovative personnel training,so that scientific research can fully participate in personnel training;second,inject innovative personnel training activities into scientific research,that is,promote college students as one of the main body of personnel training to directly participate in research activities in scientific research Third,we should set up some incentive policies to improve the teaching and research mechanism.Therefore,according to the above questions,we should start from the three main bodies of this study,namely,the competent department of education,colleges and universities,and students.The author suggests that in the process of scientific research supporting the cultivation of innovative talents,we should build a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship,set up incentive policies,and encourage students to participate in the research of academic activities.This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly discusses the research origin,research purpose,research content,related literature review,research significance,research methods and research ideas of the path of scientific research supporting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities,mainly in order to clarify the research content and research direction of the subject;The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of the path of scientific research supporting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities.Through defining several core concepts,exploring the relationship between them,and finally findingout the theory related to this study for analysis,to provide a strong theoretical support for this study;The third chapter,through the collation of relevant literature,questionnaire and interview data,analyzes the existing problems of scientific research supporting the development of innovative talent training path in Universities from three aspects: the function of scientific research and talent training,the main body of talent training and relevant incentive system,and finds out the causes of the problems;The forth chapter is the international comparison of the ways of scientific research supporting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities.Selecting the current situation of scientific research and education in three countries leads to the thinking of the path of scientific research supporting the cultivation of innovative talents in universities;The fiveth chapter is the path choice of scientific research to support the cultivation of innovative talents.This chapter is based on the analysis of literature and interview data related to this study,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and improvement strategies for the current situation and problems of scientific research supporting innovative talents training path in universities.
