social sports instructors in four districts of Hohhot city,Investigation found:1.The development of the professional social instructor team in Hohhot shows a good development trend as a whole,and the structure is young.Most of them are graduates of relevant majors in Colleges and universities.They have good professional skills through systematic learning,but lack of work experience and ability to deal with problems.And the number of female professional social sports instructors needs to be increased to create more opportunities for their development.2.At present,there is not a complete management system for professional social sports instructors in Hohhot.Only through the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Sports Bureau issued the certificate.There is no guarantee for the personal interests ofsocial sports instructors.There is no supervision over the employer,and it is impossible to strictly implement the system of employment with certificate.In this context,the municipal government must pay attention to this phenomenon,strengthen the policy management of employment guidance,effectively formulate relevant measures to regulate the fairness and transparency of market operation,and effectively guarantee the use of talents and effective evaluation system.3.There is no regular training system for the professional social sports instructors in Hohhot,and the problems encountered in the work cannot be solved,which affects the fitness effect of the masses.Regular training plays an important role in the career process of professional social sports instructors,which can lay a foundation for future development.Carrying out regular training can help professional sports instructors improve their professional quality gradually in the process of training,which will
