According to the national rural poverty monitoring survey data released by the National Bureau of Statistics,in 2018,the country's poverty alleviation population was 13.86 million,and the country's rural poor population was 16.6 million.The incidence of poverty fell to 1.7%,down 1.4 percentage points from the previous year..The poor are mainly concentrated in deep poverty areas.These areas have poor natural conditions and weak economic foundation.The special difficulties groups such as the cause of poverty due to disasters and poverty alleviation are large,the poverty alleviation ability is weak,the poverty level is deep,and poverty alleviation is the most difficult.Difficult "hard bones" to help these special hardship groups achieve poverty alleviation on schedule is a "hard battle in hardship."In 2020,China will ensure that the poor will be lifted out of poverty,all counties in poverty-stricken counties will be removed,and the problem of regional overall poverty will be completely solved.Poverty alleviation has undergone a major transformation,from “heavy speed” to “quality improvement”.Poverty-stricken areas have made up for short-term,and poverty alleviation quality and effectiveness have become the focus of poverty alleviation work.At this time,the state put forward a strategy of precise poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation in the village is one of the important modes of accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation.The resident poverty alleviation cadres are the responsible persons,resource transmitters and policy implementers of the “last mile” mission of poverty alleviation.In the poverty alleviation work in the village,many colleges and universities also undertake a large number of tasks.Therefore,how can colleges and universities use their own characteristics to give full play to the advantages of education,science and technology,talents and information in the poverty alleviation work in the village,so that the poverty alleviation work has achieved remarkable results;what difficulties are faced under the new situation,how to break through the new poverty alleviation work The bottleneck deserves our deep thought and discussion.This paper takes Hunan province undergraduate colleges as a case study of poverty alleviation in the village.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the poverty alleviation model in colleges and universities,it finds out the predicament faced by colleges and villages in poverty alleviation.Suggestions on model innovation were put forward for the shortcomings in the work of helping resources,policy,and mobilizing farmers.The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction;the second chapter defines the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis,expounds the poverty alleviation model and related theoretical foundations,and lays the theoretical support for the research;the third chapter briefly describes the evolution and characteristics of the poverty alleviation model in the village.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the poverty alleviation model in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter analyzes the status quo and dilemma of poverty alleviation and model innovation in colleges and universities in Hunan Province.The fifth chapter compares and analyzes the poverty alleviation cases of four universities in Hunan Province.Summarize the enlightenment of innovation in inductive mode;Chapter VI: Innovative university poverty alleviation model and related policy recommendations.Through research and analysis,the article concludes that at present,colleges and universities in Hunan Province face difficulties in endogenous motivation,backward education and technology,poor industrial mechanism and weak basic conditions in the process of poverty alleviation in the village.They put emphasis on ideological education,science and technology training,industrial poverty alleviation and In terms of governance mechanisms and other aspects,combined with education reform and rural revitalization,we have built a new model of poverty alleviation in the villages of “Fuzhi、Fuzhi、Fuzhi、Fuzhi”.This study has a good practical guiding significance for the local colleges and universities in Hunan Province to carry out poverty alleviation work in the village.At the same time,it also has reference and enlightenment for other enterprises and institutions to carry out accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty alleviation work.
