As a large agricultural country in China,data on agricultural talents show that 73% of enterprises believe that their current talents cannot meet the needs of business development.52% of the enterprises think it is because there is a lack of suitable talents in the market.In the future recruitment plan,many enterprises have taken strengthening recruitment technology and upgrading talent recommendation mode as the focus of recruitment.In addition,the introduction of artificial intelligence has also been included in the recruitment plan of many enterprises.Firstly,this paper will expound the concepts and algorithms related to text classification,information retrieval and information filtering in machine learning and agricultural talent recommendation mode,and demonstrate the operation of agricultural talent recommendation mode on the platform of hunan agricultural talent network.Secondly,according to the agricultural talents recommendation mode of hunan agricultural talents network,the specific implementation of algorithm technology and the recommendation effect of the website,the feasibility and importance of the optimization technology of agricultural talents recommendation mode based on machine learning are illustrated.The main work of this paper includes: 1)to find out appropriate data and relevant algorithms by understanding and learning machine learning knowledge and combining with relevant resources of agricultural talent recruitment.2)classification algorithm is used to divide user features into basic features of user information,features extracted from personalized resumes,operational features of various user operations in the system and label features of interaction between users.3)compare the experimental results of classification algorithm and recommendation algorithm in machine learning on the recommendation model of agricultural talents.4)building a complete recommendation system according to the recommendation algorithm is conducive to recommending talents of relevant majors for enterprises.The application of the recommendation system module in hunan agricultural talent network improves the success rate of matching.The experimental results show that the method of recommendation algorithm can realize the model of agricultural talent recommendation based on machine learning and improve the accuracy and efficiency of talent recruitment.
