As one of the components of comprehensive and harmonious development of education,labor education is of great significance to the healthy growth and all-round development of students.The emergence of school education indicates that education begins to separate itself from the productive labor of human beings and to be a special field,which brings two results.One is that it has achieved great development through the practice activities with a certain purpose,and has promoted the rational level of human education practice on the whole;the other is that it is increasingly divorced from productive labor and even excluded productive labor from itself,which is especially prominent in ancient school education.Since the modern times,with the deep development of large industrial production,the new labor force has been put forward higher realistic requirements.However,for a long time,due to the excessive emphasis of school education on students' intellectual education,labor education has not received the attention of society,which directly leads to the lack of students' labor consciousness and labor emotion,the decline of labor ability and so on.Therefore,it has theoretical research value to clarify the essence of labor education and excavate the value of labor education.It is the main purpose of this study to be able to investigate the implementation status of labor education,find out the problems of labor education in practice field,analyze the influencing factors of problems and provide feasible improvement strategies.The research of the concept of labor education is the basis of understanding labor education.By analyzing the understanding of labor education among students,their parents and teachers of S primary school,it can clearly explain the degree to which labor education is recognized and grasped in the field of practice,and can give further insight into the effectiveness of the implementation of labor education in this school,which is helpful to clarify the value of labor education in theory.In addition to the concept-level investigation,the study aims to carry on the systematic analysis from four dimensions—the school labor education objectives,the content,the approach,the evaluation,in order to grasp the overall pattern of labor education in practice and further explore and construct a feasible practice path of labor education.The research shows some problems in S primary school,such as one-sided understanding of labor education,narrowing content of labor education,formalization and lack of evaluation.The reasons are the conflict of cultural values,the actual conditions of school and the lack of labor education in the family.In view of this,the following suggestions are put forward according to the reality of S primary school,In school,teachers and students should set up correct concept of labor education,choose rich content of labor education,expand the various ways of labor education,and establish reasonable evaluation of labor education.The family,school and society should attach great importance to labor education and create a good atmosphere of loving and respecting labor,giving full play to the basic role of labor education in the family and the supporting role in the society.
