Liang Rui,one of China's top walking athletes,in 2018 In Taicang world walking team championship, she won the women's 50 km event champion, and at the same time, she broke the world record. As a walking athlete who has just transformed from 20 km to 50 km,Liang Rui took only half a year to win the world championship and break the world record with her best performance, which fully reflected the reasonable arrangement of the load of this stage and science.Taking the training load of Liang Rui in the 162 days before his preparation for the world Walking Competition in Taicang in 2018 as the research object, this paper analyzes the load characteristics of Liang Rui's training from the aspects of sports training, sports physique, sports load, sports physiology, etc.by using the methods of literature and mathematical statistics. The research shows that Liang Rui has the longest training time in Rugao plain,The training intensity and training volume are the largest, laying a solid special foundation for the following Lijiang plateau training. In Lijiang plateau stage,long-term special training is the main part, supplemented by general aerobic training and running. The conclusions are as follows: 1.General aerobic training is the basic to improve the athletic quality of 50 km athletes. The quality of a single class determines the training level of athletes.2.To train athletes' aerobic endurance with low intensity and long-distance training,to carry out a small intensity anaerobic threshold training once a week or two to stimulate athletes' speed literacy, but also to strengthen athletes' endurance.3.Paying attention to the completion quality of a single course(including whether the athletes' training heart rate, training lactate and training intensity are reduced, and whether the training intensity is improved),the rest courses are mainly adjusted and recovered to ensure that the athletes improve their own recovery literacy and maintain good physical fitness, which is the guarantee of the completion quality of a long-distance single course in a special course. |
