Under the background of the concept of basic education curriculum reform and the continuous progress of educational informatization,micro-course emerge at the moment, and are increasingly welcomed and valued by educators due to their advantages such as short, conciseness, and easy to spread and so on.It has been a research hotspot in recent years to combine micro-course with teaching practice to verify its practical application effect, which is of positive significance for enriching teaching resources and improving teaching quality. This study aims to apply the new teaching mode of micro-course to solve many problems existing in junior high school's chemistry concept teaching, breaks through the difficulties in junior high school chemistry concept teaching and promotes the integration of micro-course and chemistry.First of all, through the form of questionnaire survey, the cognitive situation of micro-course of grade three students in junior school and their demand for chemical concept teaching micro-course are obtained, and using micro-course for chemical concept teaching is feasible is concluded. Then,it analyzes and compares the three modes of micro-course,summarizes the design principles and production process of junior high school chemistry micro-course,and designs and makes a series of chemical concept micro-course teaching cases based on the actual situation and puts them into practice. Finally, the author analyses the research results through three forms: test questions: questionnaire survey and unstructured interview. The research show that :(1)It is feasible to apply micro-course in junior high school chemistry concept teaching;(2)Micro-course teaching can improve students' learning effect on chemical concepts;(3)Micro-course teaching can improve students' independent learning ability and interest in chemistry learning.
