Since the 1990s,with the popularization of higher education in our country,the scale of higher education has rapidly expanded and the layout structure has been readjusted.A large number of new local undergraduate colleges have emerged through merger upgrading,independent upgrading,and transformation upgrading.As a rising new force,the new period of the development of local undergraduate colleges is faced with both the important opportunity of gold development and the severe challenge of contradiction.Among the many factors of transformation,the teaching staff is the most critical factor,and a high-quality teaching staff is the basis for its survival and development.The problems existing in the course of the development of newly established local undergraduate colleges have made teachers face unprecedented professional crisis and survival challenges,especially the construction of professional teaching staff,which has achieved certain results in the context of leapfrogging transformation and development,but also faces a series of problems.Through literature research,investigation,case study,and comparative study,this study forms the results of professional teaching staff construction,management,and sustainable development.These results are of practical significance and application value to guide the construction of professional teaching staff in local undergraduate colleges and universities.The introduction part mainly elaborates the research background and the significance,the related concept limits,the research present situation analysis,the research mentality and the method,the research content and the innovation.The first chapter is a summary of the construction of the professional teaching staff in the newly-built local universities under the background of the transformation and development,focusing on the theoretical basis,objectives and the capability structure of the professional teaching staff.The second chapter introduces the experience of Faculty building in Britain,Germany and the Fachhochschule.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the construction of professional teaching staff in newly-built local universities,taking Tangshan University as an example,combining with the data of other sister universities,first,it analyzes the achievements made in the construction of the professional teaching staff in the newly-established local universities,and then it analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the professional teaching staff inthe newly-established local universities This paper probes into the causes of the construction of the professional teaching staff in the newly-built local universities.The Fourth Chapter mainly from the government level,the school level,the enterprise level and the teacher self-development angle proposed the newly-built local undergraduate university specialized course teacher troop construction countermeasure and the suggestion.
