Analysis On The Techniques And Tactics Of Hitting The Head In The Team Championships Of Taekwondo World Cup In 2016

Taekwondo team sports is a type of highly ornamental game,and its game characteristics are different from the individual's familiar personal sports.This article uses literature research methods,video observation methods,interviews,and mathematical statistics methods to study the video of the semi-finals and finals of men's and women's groups in the 2016 Taekwondo World Cup Team Championships,from the two major aspects of technology and tactics,statistical analysis is conducted on the situation of high-level sports groups in the game.The aim is to find the rules of the head tactics and tactics in Taekwondo team competitions,and to provide experience for athletes to use technical and tactical of hit the head under the new competition system,so as to provide theoretical references for athletes' daily training.Research indicates:(1)Men's groups are higher in number and score than women's groups,but women's groups are more effective in striking.The number of hits and successes of the same level against the turn is lower than that of the undifferentiated counter-turn,and the number and success rate of the 3-point straight header technique is higher than that of the 4-point rotary header technology.Men's group linear strike head technique and rotary strike head technology are more frequently used than women's groups,but there is no difference in the success rate of rotary strike head technology.This is caused by the difference of the man's physical condition and technical characteristics.(2)The bottom splitting is the most commonly used scoring technique,which has a higher success rate compared with other leg techniques.The high success rate of the high cross kick and hook kick in the men's group,the other leg methods are less used in the hitting and the effect is not good.(3)Athletes mainly use offensive tactics,The defensive counterattack tactics are the types of attack tactics that use the least,have the lowest success rate,and score the worst,Close-range tactics are the types of attack tactics that are used by men's groups and that are difficult for women's groups to perform.Offensive tactics and attack tactics are mainly axe kick,cross kick of the front leg are used as the main scoring technique.,because the front legs are short and fast.The axe kick technique is the only hitting technique that can score in the close tactics and is applicable to groups with superior height.(4)The women's groups obviously target the rotation of medium-and large-scale athletes from No.3 to No.5,basically,the minimum level does not play,and the disadvantage of height and weight is prevented from losing points on the head;Because of the obvious height difference between men's groups,the number of hitting heads is frequent,and the small level is also played on multiple occasions,reflecting the characteristics of large and small substitutions.
