Research On Internal Quality Guarantee System Of Talent Cultivation In Local Applied Undergraduate Universities

As China enters the "new normal" stage of economic development,the contradiction between the demand for high-quality talents in society and the supply of talents for higher education is becoming increasingly apparent.Local applied undergraduate universities undertake the task of cultivating applied talents and provide a steady stream of intellectual support for local economic development.Establishing a reasonable internal quality assurance system for the cultivation of local applied undergraduate colleges is an inevitable measure to improve the quality of applied talents training in our country,alleviate the contradiction between the supply of higher education talents and social needs,and it is also a realistic need to promote the development of local industrial economy.Based on the analysis of the necessity to build an internal quality assurance system for talent cultivation in local applied undergraduate colleges,this article uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method,interview survey method,and questionnaire survey method to carry out an internal quality assurance system for talent cultivation in S College.Empirical Research.Starting from the four major aspects of the goal guarantee,standard guarantee,teaching process guarantee,teaching evaluation,and supervision guarantee of the internal quality assurance system for the cultivation of local applied undergraduate universities,analyze the status quo in the process of constructing the internal quality assurance system for the cultivation of local applied undergraduate universities.With problems.On this basis,opinions and suggestions on optimizing the internal quality guarantee system for talent cultivation in local applied undergraduate colleges are put forward.It is found in the research that the practical problems faced in the construction of a quality assurance system for the training of local applied undergraduate universities in China are as follows: In terms of the teaching staff,there are insufficient teachers,the construction of dualteacher teachers is insufficient,and the quality of the teaching team needs to be strengthened.In terms of professional construction,there are problems of irrational proportions of practical courses;in practical teaching,there are problems of poor practical teaching effectiveness and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation;in terms of schooling conditions,there is a single problem of funding methods;In terms of teaching evaluation and supervision,there areproblems such as insufficient information collection,incomplete information collection,and general performance of teaching evaluation.At the same time,China's local application-oriented colleges and universities have also achieved certain results in the construction of the quality assurance system for talent cultivation.In terms of talent training goals,it has a clear talent training orientation and a talent training goal that meets its own characteristics.The talent training orientation has a high degree of social compatibility.In terms of quality standards,the evaluation content of quality standards is comprehensive,with unique evaluation indicators,and the quality standards are reasonable.In terms of professional construction,we attach great importance to social needs and professional connections,to the construction of professional connotation,and to the construction of the curriculum system;in teaching evaluation and supervision,we pay attention to the fullness and comprehensiveness of quality control,and implement the theory of total quality management.Finally,according to the above conclusions,aiming at the effectiveness and problems of the implementation of the quality assurance system for the talent cultivation of local applied undergraduate colleges,the essence is taken to remove the dross,and how to strengthen the construction of a more comprehensive internal quality assurance for the talent cultivation of local applied undergraduate colleges is proposed.system.
